Great hotel, very clean, beds comfy. We were seeing a band at the Zenith concert hall. 5 minutes walk to that and 10 minute walk to a large McDonalds. Overall would definately use again. |

Excellent facilities for the price. A small kitchen, but everything you needed. Gated parking free, and bed, though small was very comfortable. Tram stop was 10 minutes walk, but then straight to city centre |

We liked the .clean, spacious & well appointed appartment - real value for money. Ideal for a short or long stay. The lack of a shower enclosure - very wet bathroom! |

Very nice little appartment with kitchen including dish washer. Very quiet. Nice staff. Good price for what you get! It is a bit far away from the center. |

great value for money , comfy beds , clean and everything you would need for an overnight stop. We were seeing a band at the Zenith which is a 5 minute walk away. The only downside was the hotel seemed to be in the flight path of Toulouse airport. Noisy at times. |

It suited me because of its proximity to the Zenith venue. |

A very new and clean hotel. Has all the amenities you could want, including working kitchen area complete with pots, pans and dishes, etc. The pool, laundry and free secure parking were nice surprises. |

A very clean and modern hotel. I am very fussy when it comes to bathrooms and linen but was more than happy here. The pool was a bit of a laugh. Situated in the carpark with a busy main road running alongside it. |

Staff were excellent; very polite and helpful with good English. It was pretty quiet and along with comfortable beds it was possible to get a good nights sleep.Cleanliness of the rooms was excellent with lots of towels etc. Room self service facilities were also pretty good with a 2 plate hob, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. Free Car Parking was nice. Not having a wash basin in the Toilet is not good, you have to go through the living room and bedroom to get to the main bathroom before you can wash your hands, not really hygienic. Also I can't remember if I saw my full credit card details on the booking form in the hotel, not really secure if I'm correct, there should only be a partial credit card number. Cable TV would be nice or at least some english channels. Reception should probably stay open longer, 8 o'clock and everything is wrapped up on a Saturday evening, hmmm probably not very good for business. Not within walking distance of town centre but there is a metro link currently being built next to the building (well somthing with rails anyway) so that will hopefully solve that. |

clean and comfortable. Very difficult to unload luggage from the free outside parking lot. Quite noisy outside with the traffic. |

We would have preferred two single beds in the second bedroom to accomodate the children, but maybe this possibility is available in other rooms. The hotel was located a 30 minutes walk from the city centre. However it was possible to walk 10 minutes and then take the metro or bus. |
