Nice hotel 24 hour self laundry and parking were very well received!

We mentioned that we needed the sofa bed ready and it wasn't made...when asked for sheets got a set that didn't fit and never managed to get the proper size..and of course I had to do it myself.

the price of the carpark

Room was perfect for a few days break. Modern decor and facilities. Kitchenette ideal to cook a few basic meals. Staff were helpful and always available. Restaurant in the hotel around the corner was really good. Easy access to the team line and metro links into town. Able to get public transport to and from airport easily.

Couple of things in the room needed a little tlc such as the washing up liquid dispenser leaked, and the toilet flush kept sticking. Also the shower drainage appeared to be a little blocked so water built in the tray and there was a slight smell. Reception organised it to be looked at next day but problem not fully resolved. None were big issues and didn't stop it being good value.

excellent facilities for the money, clean, I like being able to save by preparing meals in the unit, easy access from airport, parking facilities. It's not walking distance from tourist sites but if one is traveling by car that is no problem.

breakfest very bad without any special items, only basic. 10€ to get nothing... better go to next MCd for better cheaper breakfest.

We were a family of 3 and found the room spacious and ideal with a kitchenette....it meant we could get up and breakfast when we were ready....the supermarket was just down the road along with a few restaurants.... The staff were very friendly and spoke a few languages..... great location for the city and 20 minutes from the cite d'espace....

The only thing I can comment on was the breakfast, very expensive (9,50 euro per person) considering you could have breakfast in your own room.....we had no problem with parking, but think 8 euros for the hotel carpark per day was a bit steep....we came out of season..so the parking was fine..but would probably have had to pay this in season.

The staff was extremely helpful and the fact that your staff knew english helped me get over the language barrier.

The hotel isn't really within walking distance of anything I wanted to see.

nice and quite location

We stayed two nights at the beginning of a cycle trip along the Canal du Midi and it was well situated for travel, by bicycle or public transport, into and around the city which has many sites of historical interest as well as excellent shopping, restaurants etc. The fact that this was a self catering apartment with cooking facilities meant that we could keep to our budget by making some meals for ourselves.

Rooms were ideal for a family with separate kitchen and bedroom. Comfy beds inc the sofa bed in lounge. Quiet although near airport and main road. All round good value for money and ideal stopover for families travelling to or from Spain.

No family restaurants nearby except McDonalds which was Ok for us. Breakfast was over priced for cold buffet.

The apartment type hotel is an excellent idea and this was new and very clean.

Clean modern decor.

- Very smelly bathroom: it was clean but obviously there were some sewage issues. Very unpleasant. - A/C vent directly blowing in the direction of bed pillow which made for a very uncomfortable sleep with cold air on the face. - had reserved a 2 room deal but was called the day before to tell me there was only studios available and I will get free parking in compensation (8 euros). As this clearly was not enough, negotiated to have my dog free as well (4 euros). I thought for the inconvenience caused, not a great effort was made to apologize and compensate.

Rooms were Immaculate, spacious and very comfortable, the staff helpful and very friendly especially Matthew.

Beautiful well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds, spacious set-up, very clean and new. Helpful staff. Air-conditioning was very welcome! Great value for money.

Not easy to locate, and far from the centre. We were flying out in the am anyway, so not a problem, and there were a small selection of restaurants in the immediate area.

Double bed was one of those horrible side by side twins where you slide down the middle...

Comfortable beds. Adequately equipped facility for self catering. Welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Good soundproofing. Good access for car; both parking and autoroute.

Check out time was too early for us as a family. An extra hour would make a difference. Washing up liquid was not refilled.
