The hotel was perfect for a city break in Bordeaux: clean, quiet and comfy. It's in a great location just out of the city centre and the tram line is about 30 metres away (NB. it's easier to take the green line to Grand Parc, not the red line to Cours du Medoc). The staff were friendly and the bed was really comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. |

It was clean, comfortable and within easy walking distance to the tram stop. The breakfast was overpriced at 8 euros per person and offered very little choice |

The studio rooms are very good, the kitchen is well equipped. Internet connection is also good and the price is reasonable. The location close to the Grand Parc stop for tram C is ideal for attending events in the Bordeaux Conference Center, and you don't have to worry about catching the night bus for returning to your hotel when you go to downtown. Staff speaks English and possibly other foreign languages well, and is quite friendly. We had a double room at top floor, which had the noisiest air conditioning ever. Sounded like there was a hair dryer left running. The cleaning of the room and the replenishment of the toiletries is once a week, one needs to buy such stuff from the nearby market. |

Room very dark and the window was in front of other rooms so you could not turn on the light without using the night curtains. Room very small, so you could not sit at the table (no room for the chair). If you prepare your breakfast or dinner you have to stand while eating, or move around the forniture. They clean your room once, but only if you stay seven or more days. That was a surprise. I did not read this in the reviews. If you need an extra towel, you have to pay 6 Eu: after 5 days you might need one, since the others don't dry up well in a bathroom with no window. At 4 in the morning there are people chatting loud in the building and they wake you up. Overall bad experience. |

Prefer to self-cater and the apartment offered almost everything you need for this purpose. Good design and set-up of room although a few surprises questioned the degree of cleaning that went in before our arrival! Otherwise, very happy for the €55 price. The cleaning job was not up to par. |

right beside the excellent tram system (grand parc station). friendly helpful staff. comfortable, quiet and clean room. wasn't expecting that the room would not be made up during our stay. rooms only get made-up after 7 days of stay or on checking out. This includes toiletries and towels. there was a supermarket nearby though. |

This is a new boutique hotel in a warehouse setting, nearly impossible to find and not handy to anything. However the room was large and included a kitchenette, although we had no food, and there was a good breakfast. Very modern once inside, built around an inner courtyard (sort of) but not in a part of town for siteseeing. It was a very comfortable room. The location and lack of signage and directios. |

Despite being a little outside the centre of the city, the hotel had good access and was in a quiet area. We were disapointed that the room was not cleaned at all during our stay. |

convenient for the tram into the city. cooking facilities made an alternative to eating out in restaurants every evening. hotel was very secure with gated access. had it not been so close to the tram line, the location would have been too far out of the city. directions to the hotel were inadequate when using public transport systems. |

Easy to get to, Staff spoke good Englsh where needed along with other languages. Clean Small Room, no washing up liquids or cooking oils. Away from centre attractions but a tram stop is very close by. expensive for what we got. |

Our studio room was quiet, clean and nice, with table, 2 chairs, 2 beds and kitchen. Liked free parking and easy connection to city center by tram. I was not happy with breakfast: orange juice had strange taste and assortment of food was quite poor (no hot meals, no fresh fruits) so next day we prefered to have breakfast in our room instead. Our room was not cleaned after 1st night (who knows maybe it's common in apartments?) |

The main thing was how well they spoke English, the staff were very friendly and helpful. For an Irish person going to France for the 1st or 2nd time, its the place to stay. The breakfast is continental, but its good. The tram system is just around the corner, its very good and very cheap and best of all very easy to learn how it works, we sussed it on 1st trip and then use it all the time to go everywhere. Finally for an Irish person with no knowledge of france and very little french, just the usual hello, goodbye, thank you, everything you need is within walking distance and most have enough english to help you get what you need. And if your really stuck for what to eat and somewhere to go, we found 3 irish pubs within a 10min tram trip. It was hard to find, it is in what looks like a carpark for a hardware shop, its easy to drive by, the hotel itself looks like its a bathroom or tile shop, but dont let that put you off, its whats inside that counts, the rooms are like mini apartments rather than a hotel room, you get here.. You can cook and all. Supermarket a 5 min walk away. Its great. |

The price and it is right on the tram stop. We thought we were getting a 2 bedroom place with a living room but the place was a 1 bedroom and the living room converted into the second bedroom. (our mis-understanding) |

Good value for money. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. They really need to put a clear sign in the street to indicate the hotel's location, SatNav or not you still drive passed the entrance 3 times before spotting it. |
