We had been there a couple of years ago and everything was fine but this time there were a lot of faults; the prece did not include cleaning, the bathroom smell bad and the room was dirty when we arrived (there were even clothes in the wardrobe). I consider that there are better hotels in Bordeaux, hotels that include cleaning for the same price or just a bit more.

Everything was fine with the accommodation, staff helpful, beds comfortable, breakfast was offered though we did not take up the option feeling we could find a more affordable breakfast ourselves. The bathroom was what appeared to be a kit room. All things functioned as expected though as there was no shower curtain or petition the entire bathroom was wet by the time your shower was finished. Not a huge inconvenience just needed a little ingenuity to ensure clothes/towel remained dry.

I think they've a faulted electrical system, had to change room due to frequent power cuts and even in the new room the light bulb in the bathroom burnt out as we set foot in the room

Comfortable and quiet. Not clean. Blood stains possibly from insects on walls.

Based in the outskirts of Bordeaux, this hotel provides self catering studios and apartments, rather than traditional hotel rooms. The staff were efficient and helpful and the studio room, although compact & fairly simple, was clean and had good facilities including free internet. As we had our own transport, the out of town location was fine, especially as we only needed a place to stop for the night on the way through Bordeaux and didn't intend to visit the city centre.

price, location, clean rooms, value is ok Rooms ok , 2 differents bedrooms, one was over heated, (heat or hot water pipes under the floor) and the one next door was too cold!!! It was a week end, 11 11 11, not the best choice may be, There was a wedding and it was very noisy outside parking is not that easy, lots of french people, and tour buses too! so quite crowded for breakfast (which was a good value for the price by the way, 2€ buffet ok) off season might be ok, I would avoid summer and french holidays!

Room was spacious by European standards. Very modern. Free parking. Very close to tram stop (essential as it's quite far from town). They advertised free wifi throughout hotel- this is one of the reasons we selected it. On arrival we were told there was no wifi in rooms amd it only worked in reception. We were also told we could only have one access code (meaning only one device could use it), it took some lengthy discussion to eventually be given another. When it could be accessed it was very patchy and slow. Staff were not very helpful with providing information and at times inaccurate. Bathroom was not very clean- mould on shower curtain, grime on tub.

Hotel staff (all young women) are extremely helpfull, considerate and hard-working. The price is really good as I needed a full apartment with free wifi and parking space. Anyone with a car should stay here. Breakfasst included is also a good value. The only problem is bad smell coming from sink/bathtub which was very persisitent. I was told that the warm weather does it but I smellet it in certain parts of this hotel. Without this problem I would give it a perfect score. The bad and very persisitant smell coming from the bathroom sink and the bathtub. The staff tried to fix it but could not. I suffered from this very bad smell throughout my stay for a week.

Good design.Reasonable space and easy to self cater. Friendly and helpful staff with good language skills. While the location at first seemed a bit out of the way it is actually very conveniently situated right on the tram line and only about 10 minutes into the city centre.Easy parking.Good facilities. Wifi only in reception area. My wife sometimes noticed a slight smell in our room on the ground floor (I didn't).

We were visiting Bordeaux and this hotel was cheap and on the very efficient tramline and about 10 minutes from the centre of the city. The room was basic but clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast at 8.5 euros pp was good.

Good, clean basic rooms with excellent access to the city via the tram and within easy walking of some interesting parts of town. The area is up and coming residential but still has a way to go before it will be interesting in its own right. Parking is great and easy. Did not have breakfast but coffee and drink/snack vending machines are handy The outlook from the rooms is gloomy and prison like and all look across the courtyard to other rooms. They need to provide extra pillows to make the sleep comfortable.

Overall standard of room was fine. Living room was small once sofabed was extended. Kitchen facilities suitable for basic food preparation (hotplates, microwave, fridge). Cable internet in the room - would be better if wireless was available throughout and not just in the lobby area. Persistent smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom. We managed to reduce the impact by plugging the bath and closing the bathroom door, but a hotel should not subject guests to this problem.

The lobby area was quirky. We arrived very late at night and were greeted by a charming receptionist with excellent English. The hotel was obviously some kind of warehouse before it's conversion. It still looks very grim from the outside - like some sort of flatted factory. The studio for 2-4 was not as big as I expected but the sofa bed was comfortable and it was clean and well-equipped. The fact that it is an aparthotel would suggest that it could be used long term but I wouldn't want to do that; it was all a bit too compact and utilitarian, not somewhere you could make a home from home for a few days. I would recommend the hotel with reservations; it is not

Good location near Bordeaux city center within less than 10 minutes by very convenient tram. Very friendly and helpful young staff most of them speaking three languages: French, English, and Spanish. Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent shower and kitchenette. Room was a little small but adequate.

Staff were very helpful and it was great to have a mini kitchette in our room. Residhotel is situated a few km from the centre of Bordeaux, but was great for us to get to Pauillac for Marathon du Medoc as it was by a convenient train station to get to the start/finish of the marathon. We had a room in the basement level, which did smell slightly, and was a tad dark due to its location. The room itself was a tad small. The hotel is a bit of a walk from town, but there was plenty of parking which is great if you had a vehicle (which we didn't).
