Based in the outskirts of Bordeaux, this hotel provides self catering studios and apartments, rather than traditional hotel rooms. The staff were efficient and helpful and the studio room, although compact & fairly simple, was clean and had good facilities including free internet. As we had our own transport, the out of town location was fine, especially as we only needed a place to stop for the night on the way through Bordeaux and didn't intend to visit the city centre.

price, location, clean rooms, value is ok Rooms ok , 2 differents bedrooms, one was over heated, (heat or hot water pipes under the floor) and the one next door was too cold!!! It was a week end, 11 11 11, not the best choice may be, There was a wedding and it was very noisy outside parking is not that easy, lots of french people, and tour buses too! so quite crowded for breakfast (which was a good value for the price by the way, 2€ buffet ok) off season might be ok, I would avoid summer and french holidays!

Hotel staff (all young women) are extremely helpfull, considerate and hard-working. The price is really good as I needed a full apartment with free wifi and parking space. Anyone with a car should stay here. Breakfasst included is also a good value. The only problem is bad smell coming from sink/bathtub which was very persisitent. I was told that the warm weather does it but I smellet it in certain parts of this hotel. Without this problem I would give it a perfect score. The bad and very persisitant smell coming from the bathroom sink and the bathtub. The staff tried to fix it but could not. I suffered from this very bad smell throughout my stay for a week.

We were visiting Bordeaux and this hotel was cheap and on the very efficient tramline and about 10 minutes from the centre of the city. The room was basic but clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast at 8.5 euros pp was good.

Good, clean basic rooms with excellent access to the city via the tram and within easy walking of some interesting parts of town. The area is up and coming residential but still has a way to go before it will be interesting in its own right. Parking is great and easy. Did not have breakfast but coffee and drink/snack vending machines are handy The outlook from the rooms is gloomy and prison like and all look across the courtyard to other rooms. They need to provide extra pillows to make the sleep comfortable.

Good location near Bordeaux city center within less than 10 minutes by very convenient tram. Very friendly and helpful young staff most of them speaking three languages: French, English, and Spanish. Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent shower and kitchenette. Room was a little small but adequate.

It was very convenient for trips into the city centre as the tram was just outside and ran every few minutes. It was not noisy and the air conditioning was very efficient. It would have been useful to have a dishcloth or sponge for wiping the kitchen surfaces and a few more dishwasher tablets though. You don't really want to have to buy everything for a short visit of just 3 nights!

We spent 2x2 nights during a week, both times we had a studio. Friendly, English-speaking receptionists Clean rooms, bathroom with a bathtub, nice place to relax after sightseeing Well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, cooking plates, microwave, coffeemaker and plenty of croquery. Quiet location next to the tram line C going to the downtown (10') and main railway station (20'). A supermarket (Simply) is just within a walking distance from hotel (10'). For internet access in the room you need to ask for a cable and an access code at the reception. Be sure that the code is valid for the whole duration of your stay and not just for one day, since reception gets closed at 23:00!

There was quite clear and comfortable. The price is also nice for such room in comparsion with other hotels in Bordeaux. A wifi internet was available only in 5 meter distance of the reception. To use it you also need to take an account information each 3 days. The speed of internet is also sometimes too slow. Two nigths there were loudly because some neighbors had a party.

It was horrible. The best thing we did was leave. We had booked in for 3 nights but left after 1 night and demanded a refund of 2 nights. The room was dirty and had a strong moldy smell. The tea towel was moldy and there was no wifi in the rooms as advertised but was only available in the lobby.

The room had everything we needed altough the room was a little bit small. I spoke with to women from the staff, when we arrived we spoke to a very unsympathetic person. She didn't speak english very well, she was pissed of because we arrived at 22:30 and the reception was going to close at 23:00 (???????????????) and she charged us the room in the day of the arrival at 19:50 and she didn't say anything to us! In the day after we spoke to a very nice person who informed us that the room was payed already! Some other negative aspects: it's not easy to find the place and it is a little bit far away from the center.

I liked the location. Although it is not located downtown there is a tram station outside the hotel so one can be in 10' in the centre of Bordeaux. I did not like very much the fact that there was not any bread or brioche for breakfast at 9.00. When we asked for more the answer was "We are not sure if there is any more". Finally, after 15 minutes bread arrived.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were practical and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Convenient for the tram. The only disappointing thing was breakfast which was a little unimaginative. Also there was no orange juice (we went down at approx. 9.20am).

Location was convenient due to the tramway right behind. Room was good size. Everything was working well. Receptionists were very helpfull and pleasant. Parking was appreciable. Easy to find. International channels were much appreciated. The single beds were comfortable. Floor was not very clean. Shower tap need to be fixed as it was moving when need to adjust temperature. No ventilation in either batroom nor kitchen which is actually giving a bad smell. Curtain shower was dirty and smelly. Mold stain on one bedshit. Only one dishwasher caps and 2 toilet papers for the 9 days we stayed there, though dishwashing liquiid was there and a sponge too. We had only one very basic "cleaning" with change of towels and bedshit only. No floor cleaning or very poor one or change of kitchen towel. No space to put our toiletries bags in the bathroom was surprising if we think it's for 4 pers. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. A shoe rack would have been nice.
