This is our second stay in this apartment.. We like it here because the apartment is quite roomy and very clean. We have the opportunity for self catering and there are supermarkets,a fantastic bakery and great street market nearby. easy walking distance to the Arc and close to metro stations. Value for money Perhaps a toaster in the room would be good

Staff were extremely friendly and kind. The hotel price was an excellent value for my family and I, the proximity ti tge Acc de triumpth and Champs Elysee street was great. The room facilities were perfect for a city tour and had all appliances to cook in the apartments. There is nothing that my family and I disliked.

Location is excellent. Room is a bit small for 4 people, but is manageable. I will stay there again. Metro is 2 blocks away, supermarket (monoprix) is a block from metro.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even printing out ticket, etc for us with a smile on their faces. The room was very well appointed, with a tv, sofa, kitchen table, refrigerator, and a decent kitchen. It was very clean, and comfortable to boot. There was also a washer and dryer in the basement that we were told we could use (though we did have a small issue with the dryer not working). The location was also nice as it is a short walk to the Arc de Triumph, which is on the Champs Elysee, so also easy to get to all of that boutique shopping if that's your bag. We did have an issue in that while we were told we could use the washer and dryer, the dryer turned out to not be working. Of course, we only found this out after all our clothes were already in the wash, meaning I had the interesting experience of walking all of our clothes to the local laundromat in the middle of the rain wearing only my sandals, swim suit, and my girl friend's jacket. The staff were really apologetic about it and they did try to do what they could to fix it, but it was a technical issue that they couldn't deal with then and there. Nothing major, just a warning to check the dryer first ;)

The room was very large and comfortable as well as extremely quiet for such a central area of Paris. The kitchenette was well equipped, wifi great, and the bathroom WA spacious and modern. Best of all was the lovely and spacious balcony overlooking a garden atrium and old vine covered buildings. Great Japanese restaurant next door, boulangerie on the corner, and arch de triumph just up the road. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Fabulous! Very late check in, after a very long flight from Australia we had to wait all day before check in, but this is the case in many French hotels.

I firmly recommend this hotel (aparthotel) for visitors to Paris. My many previous experiences regarding accomodation in Paris had been awful: dirty and old hotels, narrow stairs and lifts, dirty places. But this time this aparthotel is perfect for travelling with children (mine are 10 and 8) as it's new, clean, comfortable, big bathroom, very well located (very close to the Arc de Triumf), and fully equipped: there are microwaves, fridge, oven, so that you can prepare breakfast and dinners in the room (there is a supermarket just around the corner for procurement). Just perfect for a family. Service is also perfect: very helpfull, friendly and nice guys and English spoken. Nothing, The aparthotel is perfect, particularly for a family with children.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. There was a small kitchenette that allowed us to have breakfast in the morning for a much lower price than the 10 Euro/day per person continental breakfast fee. They had a dishwasher so we didn't have to wash dishes. Plenty of hot water (in fact, can be too hot if you are not careful). The room did not have enough utensils and plates to have more than 1 meal a day. The cleaning staff needed to be asked to leave an extra box of tissues, toilet paper etc. several times. These things should be filled daily (along with the tea, sugar, coffee, etc) without being asked to do so. The AC Unit in the apartment cooled only the 1 corner of our room.

This hotel provided an excellent facility for families with your children, good kitchen facilities. Rooms were air-conditioned, quite marge for Paris and with balconies. Recent renovations meant the hotel looked nice and was pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. We had 4 rooms in this hotel and all were pleased with our stay. The location is close to a variety of different train lines that that makes travelling from this hotel easier. The resturants around the hotel can be bit expensive as due to the upmarket location. However, there are many decent priced supermarkets near by plus a very nice tradditional french market. If as basic breakfast was to be offered as a small rate, i.e. coffee and crossiants that would be a great help. The hotel reception closed from 1pm to 5pm, this makes check in and check out difficult depending upon arrival and departure times. This hotels need to be a facility to cover luggage storage during these times.

We really appreciated the location of the hotel. It was in a fairly quiet area but within 5 minutes (or less) of the bustling streets. Felt that the area was safe to be in both day and night. The hotel's reception doesn't open until 4pm. Couldn't get into our apartment until 5pm. Room smelt of cigarettes despite requesting a non smoking room.

It's location is very convenient for those planning to visit the main attractions in Paris. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the metro station is 5 mins walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. For what i paid for my stay, i should really be not complaining about anything. In fact, there is nothing much to complaint about this hotel. There is no car parking available and the closet car park is 500m from the hotel, which isnt bad but it's €40 per day, which is quite expensive. But that's not this hotel's fault or anything. We were prepared for that knowing the hotel is in the centre of Paris.
