prettig dat het een appartement was zodat je ook kon ontbijten en koffie zetten en drankjes koel houden in de koelkast. bedbank in de woonkamer was al opgemaakt - aan de ene kant fijn - maar aan de andere kant had je dan verder alleen 2 hoge eetkamerstoelen om te zitten. Verder geen douchegordijn of douchewand zodat de overigens grote ruime badkamer tijdens het douchen nat werd.

rustige en afgeschermde locatie, parking enkel toegankelijk voor personen met code; al het nodige is voorhanden, kamers zijn proper en ruim, bed is goed, 's nachts is het rustig, zwembad is leuk maar niet bijzonder luxueus; locatie is uitstekend voor bezoekers van de historische site daar deze te voet snel te bereiken is sfeer van een 'sporthotel' of jeugdherberg; sober ontbijt maar eerlijkheidshalve moet gezegd zijn dat deze toch in verhouding is met de prijs

Goede ligging, goede parking. Harde bedden en we moesten twee keer de schoonmaakdienst laten komen. Een kamer was bezaaid met honderden insekten. Direct andere kamer gekregen en hier lag helaas al dagen vieze natte handdoeken te stinken. Voor de rest wel ruim appartement.

Propere studio voldoende groot om met meerderen te verblijven. Ideaal voor een gezin met kinderen of een groep vrienden. Het zwembad ligt binnenin, zonder buitenzicht. Spijtig voor in de zomer als het goed weer is.

Close to the old city (walking distance with small children). Spacious apartment. Outdoor deck available. Great pool. Washing machine available along with facilities to hang washing (ie. did not have to use drier). Dishwasher. No cloth to wipe up in kitchen or dining table.

We had a two bedroom effieicy apartment very basic but clean lots of room with large balcony,comfortable beds and conveient parking. Good location to visit walled city, Toulouse, Narbone, Albi, surronding wine district and foothills of Pyrennes Mountains.Easy access to main highway. No dislikes.

Located really close to the old City of Carcassonne in a quite and calm place. The room was clean and the kitchenett has enough stuff to serve a family. The fridge in the kitchen was not even pluged in: to make it work one needs to move it out and plug in under the kitchen table. The buthroom has no bathtub-curtain, no shelfs and not enough hooks to be comfortable.

The location is fine, just a 5 minute walk to the castle. It is a good option if you are looking for a decent apartment with kids but don't expect great things The beds are not very comfortable and the cleaning could have been better.

It ws extremely comfortable. Had a really enjoyable stay here. Next time i stay in France I will look at staying at a Residhotel.

The location is only five minutes walk from the castle and about 10 minutes walk from the main town if you are a quick walker. The kitchen area was well equipped although there is no kettle only a coffee machine. We took our own travel kettle having read the reviews before we went so we had no problem. We saved a fortune being able to make quick meals on the stove and microwave as restaurants close to the city are very expensive and the quality of the food is like most touristy areas, i.e. not very good in our view. If anyone is disabled the room we had would be perfect as it was very spacious and the bathroom had a disabled loo and a wet room instead of a shower cubicle. We did not like having to inventorise our room upon arrival or upon departure. They hold a £300 deposit on your card in case you break anything. We were on holiday and did not want to bother counting teaspoons, towels, bed linen etc. Whilst the apartment was most very clean, the bathroom which was really a wetroom had a tiled floor which looked like it could do with a good and thorough bleaching and scrubbing but on the whole it was good enough.

Excellent position - literally 10 mins walk from the Cite! Plenty of parking Small but clean swimming pool and sauna The signage was poor so we missed the hotel 3 times - and in fact asked in the hotel opposite where they were. The double bed was a put me up settee which was impossible to get out of one side due to bars/ to hold the back cushions in place. And had a ridge the other side. However it was comfortable. The shower was good and hot but flooded the bathroom -a shower curtain wouldn't have gone a miss

The location was fantastic with Carcassone only a few minutes walk away. This is an apartment hotel with an expectation that you will clean prior to leaving and yet they do not provide dishwashing liquid or cloths. Each apartment is allocated one dishwasher tablet and one toilet roll. If you ask at reception for additional supplies to cover the stay you have to pay for them even though you are paying the same rate per night. According to reception staff it is too hard to let the cleaners know to leave additional supplies. This is just money making and is not service focussed. If you stay multiple nights make sure you are prepared to supply your own additional products (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets).

It was within walking distance of the old city. It had a pool which our daughter liked. The appartment was clean and there were cooking facilities which kept the costs down. They also accepted dogs. It wasn't well signed posted and there was nothing to say it was a hotel. Without the satelite navigation we would never have found it.

The layout of the 2 bed apartment was great, plenty of space and well equipped. Location was excellent and easy to find. Additional blankets would have been nice. Swimming pool area was cold, so were the showers - would have liked both a bit warmer!

Staff were excellent. They did not laugh at my attempts at speaking French. Not having to drop key off and pick it up at reception. Plenty of space in the room, plenty of storage, nice bathroom. No wifi. Even in the room reserved for wifi I couldn't get it. I didn't like having to pay for it, and certainly not by card -- paypal, ok. I went across the road to the other hotel where it was free. They also had a lounge area with magazines, coffee machine, and small shop. It was dearer, but next time I will pay more for those facilities and comfort.Surely they will have a coffee-maker in the room, which is all I used at the Residhotel. Oh, but the first thing I didn't like was the entrance!! The driver of the coach put me down at the car entrance...I Thought it was a prison. The entrance on the main street had no sign, no lights, no flags... Very offputting.

The localization is really good. Just 5 minutes walking to the La Cité. (Carcassone Castle). Very calm area, even though is near to one of the main avenues of the city. The apartment was very spaceful and clean. With a big window door the garden. There is also a small kitchen and a dinner table. The parking area is well protected and organized. The breakfast is ok for the price. The apartment was smelling cigarrets and we ordered a non smoker apartment. The toilet is in a separate area located in the opposite side of the bathroom. We didn´t like the bed. It was kind of hard due the fact it was also a sofa.

“Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were very big, spacious and modern including the walk in shower. There is a lovely terrace bar and the best food we had in Carcassonne was at Le Rapiere so I would recommend the hotel and the restaurant. While seated on the terrace you are so close to the Medieval Citys walls, it is only 5 mins walk away.
