otel çok kirli idi, özellikle mutfak eşyaları ,balkon duvarları aylarca temizlenmemişti.açılan yataklar çok rahatsızdı. 9 gün seyahatimi booking.com dan yaptım, diğer oteller iyi idi. bu otel çok kötü idi. Cem Öztüre

This hotel was in a fantastic location. Even though it was a 10minute bus ride to town, it really didn't matter as transport was so easy and cheap. It is 1 euro to go anywhere- whether it was a 10 minute dive or an excursion to Grasse or Nice- the bus fare is always 1 euro. The beach is just outside the hotel and we went and bought all our food for the week at 'Intermarche'- which is a 10minute walk down the main road. So overall- a budget holiday with all the affordable delights. All rooms have single beds. So we felt a little stupid after we explained to the receptionist that we were a couple therefore would like a double bed. She gave us a double sheet to use but it didn't quite make up for the fact that we were sleeping in single beds pushed together. Our balcony looked over the carpark/courtyard and with no curtains, we had to get creative and make a makeshift blind.

Reception closes at 1900h. No soap or brush for dishwashing. 11€ for parking. No free WiFi. The room was equipped with kitchentable and double bed, but no sofa for relaxing and wtaching tv.

The apartment was comfortable, close to the sea, had a nice pool that was suitable for adults and older children, on bus line. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants close by. The floors in the apartment were in desperate need of washing. The pool got deep suddenly and was quite slippery so our small children (under 3 years old) could not enjoy it at all. The outside of the hotel would be much more appealing if the tiled entrance (outside) and walls were power-washed.

Très satisfaite de mon court séjour Quelques remarques à faire : un raffraîchissement du studio occupé ne serait pas du luxe (on se rend compte que cela n'a pas été fait depuis lontemps), la mise à disposition d'un téléviseur récent serait bien agréable, l'installation de la climatisation serait la bienvenue car étant dans un quartier assez bruyant il est impossible de dormir en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes. J'imagine combien cela doit être difficile à vivre en période de forte chaleur.

El hotel un desastre. muy incomodo. Las habitaciones mal aisladas, al no tener aire acondicionado tienes que dormir con las ventanas abiertas, mucho ruido. las camas pequeñas, los colchones hacen pendiente a un lado, muy sucio, habia cucarachas, la tele se apagava sola. Un desatre!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut an Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bus, Bahnhof gelegen. Die Damen am Empfang sind überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Diese Damen verdienen die Note 1+. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung bzw Instandhaltung des Hotels sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nur ein Beispiel: Der Unterschrank des Waschbeckens war dreckig, die hintere Wand vollkommen verfault und schimmelig. Das war sehr schade.

La amplitud de la habitacion, su ubicacion cerca del borde del mar, a unos 3 Km del centro de Cannes por un paseo por el borde del mar o por 1 € de bus. Cerca un parking gratuito sin limite de tiempo. Todos los servicios, tiendas, restaurantes varios alrededor. En Recepcion solo estan hasta las 19h30 y despues hay un Tf donde llamar para abrir la puerta y de una caja fuerte digital donde estaban las laves. Yo no tengo problemas con el idioma y todo fue bien. El que no conozca el idioma con problemas. El Wifi malo y de pago.
