The hotel is ok, the room is equipped with microwave, dishes, fridge, kettle etc. Very close to the train station. Quite clean and nice. |

This place is very clean and safe. The rooms are plesant and well resourced. The rooms are very hot and lack any kind of 'through air'. It has no air con or fan and made sleeping here very difficult in the heat. It was hotter inside the room than it was outside. |

Hotel was convenient to city centre and price was good. When we finally got the person in charge of letting us into our room, he was very pleasant. Arrived on a Sun. and nobody was there to let us in. Our door code didn't work and we had no phone to call the number on the window. Stood outside hotel for 30 minutes in the hot sun before a resident came along and used his phone to call the attendant. Too much hassle! |

Para mi estancia hice dos reservas y la primera me la cobraron sin mi consentimiento y sin facilitarme recibo ni factura; cuando reclamé ya de vuelta en España, nunca me facilitaron ni una cosa ni otra hasta que finalmente reclamé a un tercero, y entonces alegaron que me había ido sin pagar (cuando había una factura posterior de 6 noches pagada el día de mi marcha) ... la atención "post-venta" muy deficiente. |

- O hotel é muito sossegado e muito limpo e o quarto ter uma mini cozinha. O check out tem que ser feito muito cedo (até às 10h00 a.m.) e o check in muito tarde (depois das 15h00). |

Su proximidad a la Gare de Tours. Internet de buena calidad, por cable. Las horas de entrada (15 h) y salida (10 h) no me parecen muy adecuadas. El equipamiento del aparthotel es malo : no hay mantel, ni servilletas, ni trapos de cocina, sólo un vaso y dos copas para un estudio de dos personas; tampoco estaba muy limpio. |

Proximite de la gare et du centre Bonjour, nous avions reservé une chambre pour 2 personnes non fumeur, losque nous sommes entré dans cette chambre elle etait imprégné d'une odeur de cigarettes qui est tres tres désagréable,nous avions été obligé de dormir la fenetre grande ouverte pour diminuer un peu cette odeur.Vous devriez interdire de fumer dans ces chambres et faire installer des detecteurs de fumée.Il manquait le necessaire à toilette pour la 2 eme personne ainsi que les pantoufles qui étaient prévues,il n'y avait ni bouilloire ni sèche cheveux.merci de voir si l'on peut avoir un dédomagement pour ces manquements. Merci |

Nuestro acceso era en domingo, y nos llevó un buen rato que nos atendieran. En la recepción ponía que los domingos por la tarde estaba cerrado, pero al final salió una persona y pudimos alojarnos. |

Emplacement proche centre ; rapport qualité / prix Horaires d'accueil pas assez étendus ; pas de sonnettes pour contacter la permanence. Bien l'été mais à éviter je pense lors des périodes de présence étudiante à cause du bruit fort probable. |

El hotel está situado al lado de la estación de tren y tiene fácil acceso con el coche. El parking sólo cuesta 4.5 euros. Aunque un poco alejado del casco viejo para ir andando, se puede ir dando un paseo. La zona está bastante bien, con restaurantes y bares alrededor. El horario de la recepción no corresponde con el indicado y llegando dentro del horario establecido no había nadie y tuvimos que llamar a un teléfono. Luego fue todo rápido pero tendrían que informar bien de los horarios y el procedimiento a seguir. |

Je trouve que ce genre de residence s'adresse uniquement aux étudiants.Pas de cafetiere,pas de grille pain, aucun articles pour nettoyer la vaiselle meme si il y en avait à notre disposition.Pour un sejour de quelques jours ce genre de residence ne convient pas. Pour une semaine ,je peux me procurer ces articles manquants mais pour quelques jours j'aurais du aller à l'hotel car je n'ai pas utiliser le coin cuisine et frigo. |
