Friendly and helpful staff, free secure parking, free Wi-Fi. On arrival I was given a room with two single beds, after saying that the bed was a little small I was immediately given a different room with a double bed without any problem. The restaurant was good so was the service but a little pricey, The Wi-Fi in the rooms could be a little sporadic, the nearer your room to reception the better it was it seemed. |

Rooms were very clean and comfortable There is virtually no sound proofing in the rooms, I could hear just about everything that went on in the rooms around me including running baths, going to the toilet, conversations, etc. I was there for NYE and there was a party downstairs that went on to the early hours and yes, I could hear that too. The restaurant was also closed whilst I was there which they failed to tell me before I booked. |

Mi estancia en este hotel fue muy placentera, está limpio, las camas son cómodas, es tranquilo, el personal es amable y lo mas importante es que esta ubicado cerca de la Unviersidad de Grenoble "ensimag" que era mi destino. Además pasa un autobús frente al hotel que te lleva a la estación de metro y de ahi es muy sencillo moverse por la ciudad. Cuando reserve pedi un cuarto de no fumadores y al llegar allá me dieron uno que aparentemente era así, pero olia a cigarro todo, incluso las toallas. Pedi mi cambio inmediato pero la persona de recepción no pudo hacerlo esa noche, por algo en el sistema de cómputo, afortunadamente al día siguiente estaba una mujer como encargada y ella si pudo moverme. |

Personnel très aimable.Design de la chambre, qui plus est spacieuse. Prix du supplément animal exorbitant 10€.Surcoût par rapport à un hôtel moins étoilé absolument pas justifié puisque rien n'est fait pour accueil l'animal.Celui-ci peut d'ailleurs se glisser sous la baignoire puisque la tuyauterie est en partie à nue. Inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Insonorisation nettement insuffisante. |

la facilité d' accès de l' hotel pour le déchargement des valises, le hall d' accueil spacieux. le prix par rapport aux prestations fournies. Les chambres ne sont pas plus grandes qu' à Etap Hotel ou Ibis et le prix est 2 fois plus élevé. Déçus. |

Gepflegter Garten mit kleines Pool welcher sauber und kühl ist. Einfache komfortable Zimmer. Personal spricht englisch und ist speditiv. Hotel ist an ruhiger Lage und entspricht der Hotelkette Best Western. |

Het hotel heeft ons aangenaam verrast,zeer proper, aangename sfeer en mooie kamers.Na vele jaren Novotel te hebben gekozen, zijn wij ervan overtuigd dat we een volgende keer zeker weer voor Best Western Hotel kiezen. Een klein minpuntje was dat we nogal laat (8h30) gingen ontbijten en het stokbrood reeds op was.Spijtig maar van de rest was er zeker voldoende. |
