The internet was the best we had on the trip. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Auxerre. The restaurant had great food. The hotel was very old and quaint. Lots of fun to stay at. The parking is impossible to find and hard still to get to. I ended up just putting the car in a city lot and refused to move it. I found out the next day that it was about have the price that way too. Also, they make you pay for the room up front. It wasn't a bad thing but a bit unusual if you're not expecting it. The rooms are also in need of make-overs. All 70s and yellowish but still very clean and fitted with great internet. |

Excellent and friendly staff and located right in the middle of the old town. Great stay for a great price. Fairly spartan rooms and ours were smoking, which made them smell a bit funny. |

The staff were very good and welcoming and the hotel is very close to the town centre. We stayed in rooms in a building separate from the main building. They were very basic with flooring and decoration which is clearly decades old. The mattress had a very pronounced indentation and should have been replaced long ago. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The hotel was conveniently situated for exploring the town. No parking facilities; no vegetarian food. |

A lovely Hotel in beautiful part of the old city, and staff that were extremely helpful and courteous.It made the perfect end to our holiday.Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. |

Friendly reception and assistance with organising parking our car. Lovely courtyard and having breakfast outside was enjoyable. Ghastly mauve paintwork in room and bright mustard in corridor. |

Convenient for walking the old city. The room has no fans or airconditioning. It is very noisy with an open window. Being on a narrow 'one way' street, arriving with a vehicle is hopeless. A narrow passage filled with parked motorcycles was the only place to unload bags. The breakfast is the worst we have ever expereinced. |

Vriendelijk personeel dat ook nog redelijk engels spreekt, ziet er heel erg gezellig uit. Kortom hele leuke locatie midden in het centrum. Parkeren is een ramp, zelfs is het moeilijk om even te stoppen en bagage uit de auto te halen. |
