Friendly staff, main reception / manager spoke very good English the other staff understood my very poor French! Nice rooms very clean. Parking difficult as none onsite and surrounding streets are pay & display but only until 6pm so after that it is Ok.

The reception staff were helpful with local information. We have stayed at this hotel several times as a staging post. However we shall not be staying there again.It has not kept up with the standards now expected, and has gone down hill. Maybe it was an off day- but the dinner was poor in choice and quality and when we saw breakfast we decided to do without. We asked for a flask of hot water. We were charged 5 euros and it was only luke warm. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Very friendly and helpful. The restaurant provided some very fine dining. The hotel was very accommodating towards our two year old. It was easy to find, but parking could be a problem.

La chambre à été refaite donc impeccable - ainsi que la salle de bain. Personnel soucieux de votre confort - s'inquiète de l'heure de votre réveil (Plateau déposé dans la chambre la veille si départ le matin avant l'heure du petit déjeuner) Restauration idéale car possibilité de manger rapidement avec une formule "buffet " à volonté - ou prendre du temps et profiter du restaurant. Les étages ne sont pas refaits - On besoin de modernite

Le personnel serviable, la chambre propre et assez spacieuse pour ce court séjour. La pack clim en panne par 30°c extérieur dans une chambre mansardée, bien qu'apparemment bien isolée, étouffante !

La qualité de la literie qui est impeccable. Le restaurant 'gastronomique' à la cuisine de très bonne qualité. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à quelle centaines de mètres du centre ancien de Chaumont. La difficulté à trouver un emplacement de parking à proximité.

Situation , calme et tranquilité .Pas de service restaurant le soir où nous y étions mais excellent conseil d'un restaurant où nous avons dégusté un délicieux repas dont nous nous souviendrons ! Pas d'ascenceur et parking difficile d'accès

Très bon hôtel, à coté de la gare. Personnel souriant, serviable et compétent. Restauration digne d'un 4 étoiles. Bon confort.
