Evening meal was very good and fairly priced. The hotel is convenient in terms of location and facilities for those travelling and who require an overnight stay. The breakfast was too expensive. The bathroom had the wrong shower attachment and could only be handheld. The shaver plug was too far from the mirror to be of use. |

Food was great - room was small but good, location opposite park was good, staff undertood our poor french. Door handle on entrance from rear car park kept falling off - this could easily be fixed. |

The service was awful. The restaurant is closed on Sunday for dinner. We asked the receptionist to help us find a restaurant. He told us to go downtown and just look around to find something open (which is not easy on a Sunday evening in France). The next morning, we had to wait until he had finished his conversation with another employee before checking out. |

Location was great. Yes, in the room there was a leaflet with information on the hotel and on it there was a statement that if the restaurant was closed (which it is on a Sunday, the day I was there), you can ask at reception and they will supply you with some food. When i asked the receptionist if it was possible to get some food she said no and was very unhelpfull with her instructions of how to get some food (she just told me to go 'downtown'. As I had never been to Dijon before, I had no idea where downtown was. Thankfully I as able to find some food on my own. The issue really is why have a leaflet to tell you that you can get food when you cant - just say that there is no food when the restaurant is open |

It's position by the park and the pleasant cafe/bar. Rooms were rather poor quality (particularly at the back of the hotel) and the breakfast was expensive and very limited choice |

The hotel was pleasantly located near a park. The receptionist was excellent and spoke good English. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The restaurant had a limited choice and was relatively expensive. My wife, who is a vegaterian, does not have high expectations in France but found the restaurant staff unhelpfull and was disapointed by the service. |

Reasonable room cost but restaurant less reasonable cost. Plenty of parking outside hotel. Gates to park opposite. Parking is general public not private and not secure. Basic but adequate en suite room, thin dividing walls. |
