I was given a friendly welcome, I had a very nice room overlooking the beach and the hotel was well run. If I return to Tregastel I will certainly try to stay at this hotel again.

Our family suite with two bedrooms and balcony were perfect; very clean and fresh water every day. The owners were very friendly and took good care of all our requests. The location is ideal to access the beach and walks along the coast. Crêpes and gallettes in the restaurant are also good. We really enjoyed our stay!

Form the outside the building looks a bit run down. But I am sure they will renovate soon.

English first, French second: This hotel is a little gem. The owners are charming. The minute we walked in we were greeted by Monsieur Laveant, the 3rd generation to run this hotel, who immediately made us feel welcome, helping us every step of the way. It was like being invited for the weekend! His greeting was followed instantly by Madame, who arrived with a plate of 5 gorgeous purple and rose pastel colored macarons that she had just made! It turns out she is a decorated pastry chef and we were so lucky to taste more of her exceptionally delicious cakes and breakfast pastries during our stay. This was a true plus and a wonderful surprise! The rooms, and the whole hotel for that matter are decorated in a nautical style, as the Laveants have collected authentic pieces from ships and have furnished every room like a private cabin. Our room was comfortable and cozy and our shower was also a beautifully appointed sauna! In the late evening after getting in from a party, we were very hungry and Monsieur Laveant magically produced two delicious crepes and some cider from the kitchen behind the bar and his cat slept on our knees during dinner. In the morning breakfast is a vast display of all of Madame Laveant's traditional and Brittany style pastries and the efficient and friendly waitress took orders for hot crepes or omelets too. It is simple; as we were leaving we were already checking our calendars for the next available time we could come back. The beach and surroundings are beautiful and invigorating. This was a perfect weekend getaway for us and it is high on our list of favorites.

The Hamam in the shower room. Secure parking. The individual way the bedroom were furnished, using the type of furniture on yachts of the 1930's and 40's. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Close to the beach and walks Bathrobes

Everything was simply perfect !! We enjoyed the warm and friendly athmosphere and the way our hosts took care of all our needs, including the excellent breakfast with everything being homemade and fresh. The surroundings are breathtaking wild nature and even out of season good to relax.

We were very pleased with the location and the sea views, together with the coastal path walks. We arrived earlier than expected and the owner went out of her way to complete making up our rooms for us and provide a pamplet showing the local walks. We did not have dinner at the hotel as the restaurant was closed for annual staff holidays, but the breakfasts were excellent. Home made yoghurts, jams and croissant and a good selection of breads. We were spoilt for choice with the selection of fresh fruits included the last of the season's strawberries which were delicious. Hot food (eggs, bacon, crepes and galettes) was also available if we wanted. The whole hotel is nautically themed and a lot of thought has gone into the individuality of the rooms.

Not a dislike - just an observation. Some of the decor needs revitalising and the blind winders in one room were broken. Also the hot water in one room was intermittent. Little things that just need a bit of attention.

We stayed there only for one night but I could have stayed there much longer. The rooms are lovely because they are individually designed. There are private parking lots in the back of the building, the staff was very friendly and everything was clean. Additionally the Hotel is located very well. It is directly at the beach and a perfect place to discover the Côte de Granit Rose.

The location in front of the beach (across public sidewalk), good friendly reception, excellent gorgeous breakfast, nice view. "Low" price for the location.

This hotel badly needs a major renovation. Decoration is really obsolete, wallpaper was coming off, faucet was not working properly in the bathroom.
