The concierge was very helpful The room lighting was poor. There were no security gates for vehicle protection, however this was made clear upon entry to the premises. |

the hotel is on route to the south of france and is perfect if you want to break up your journey. the staff member i dealt with was very friendly and agreed to let us arrive late to the room. the room was quiet and had everything you would expect. auxerre is 15 mins down the road for cafes and restaurants. the bed wasnt very comfortable. |

Very Basic. Typical French village type..Limited Breakfast. Evening meal limited but fair quality. Very little English spoken. Close to motorway. Directions off the main road difficult to see at night.. |

Le couple qui s'occupe de l'hotel est charmant, le petit déjeuner continental est copieux.Le calme y est très appréciable. Le cadre extérieur n'est pas très intéressant (zone industrielle, friche). La salle de bain aurait besoin d'une renovation (trace de moisissures, cache de baignoire non fixée) |

Ik heb er te weinig tijd doorgebracht om daar een mening over te vormen. Aangekomen, geslapen en de volgende dag weer op tijd weg. Geen diner en ontbijt gebruikt. Het hotel ligt midden in een 'smerig ' industrieterrein. De kamers komen klein en benauwd over. Het hele hotel is een beetjke 'outdated '. Het restaurant zag er van buitenuit gezien wel gezellig uit, heb er alleen geen gebruik van gemaakt. |

C'est un hôtel calme malgré la proximité de l'autoroute. L'environnement laisse vraiment à désirer. Zone industrielle, certes mais l'état du "jardin" est assez proche de l'abandon. Mais on ne dort pas dans le jardin ! |

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuitée mais nous nous sommes bien reposés,car l'endroit est très calme,aussi bien en dehors que dans l'hôtel même. En plus,la sympathie du patron fait que l'année prochaine nous repasserons par cet hôtel en remontant d'Argelès sur mer. Il n'y a rien que je n'ai pas aimé. |

L'accueil de la personne à la réception, très aimable, souriant, donnant toutes sortes d'informations utiles. La propreté laisse beaucoup à désirer !!! Poussière le long de la rampe d'escalier, sol de la chambre on ne peut plus sale, cheveux "minous" gros comme des oeufs enfin, je dirais une propreté a la francaise. Il est vrai que la femme de ménage est tellement grosse qu'elle peut à peine se pencher !!!!! |
