Due to some confusion on whether or not the breakfast was included the manager lost his temper. The mistake was ours and we admitted this, but he thought we were trying to get out of paying. It was not a money issue and we said we were happy to pay. What up set us was the accusations that Canadians/Americans always try to be cheap, the yelling at us, belligerent and swearing, especially in front of our small children. Then complained about our last minute online booking and how inconvenient it can be. I would suggest then, he remove this ability if he is happy to lose an increasing portion of travellers who wing it while traveling and just stop at places that look great.
Unacceptable professional service at any level.
The location and hotel itself is what drew us in the first place, and a room was available for the family, while travelling in the area.
For us, this was a great facility but our experience totally ruined by the manager.
