I like just position
very dirty, no fridge, kettle, furniture in very bad condition, Never ever saw hotel like this...
Convenient location Wifi in room Helpful staff Refrigerator in room
Old interiors, moldy Slim-fit elevator Leaking taps
Location not too bad
Dirty, Smelly!!! no Wifi at all, smelly staff.
good location friendly staff value for money
old rooms ok beds lousy wifi
excellent location, spacious room, simple, good value.
The location is good and easy for metro and go to to the city .
The WLAN is bad , one day not work and one day I can not send out email.
Central location and cheap! Just what we wanted for an overnight stop. Hotel provided on street parking for 20euros. Family room for 5 is pretty rare too! Basic, friendly and fit for this purpose.
Compare to other prices this one was ok , quiet place overall i would go back
Dirty rooms full of bed bugs breackfast is nothing very bad experience
Friendly staff, nice room, was there for the Tour de France so just what we needed. Would stay again
Stairs up to rooms could be a bit of a hazard if not careful. Other than that no problems at all.
Staff we're extremely helpful & accommodating. Location was excellent - close to Metro & walking distance to the Louvre. Free wifi was great. Cheap accommodation option!!!!
Rooms were old & run down (but it's cheap so we got what we paid for)
Attic room, walk up stairs from elevator. Thin door. Old bed, pillows, and sheets.
Central location is convenient.
No toilet seat in bathroom, no bath plugs, no fixtures to hold the spray hose up for a shower. Dusty and dirty - layers of dust around TVs and window frames in both rooms, passage and lobby carpets dirty with linen and various vacuum cleaners left on several floors late in the afternoon. No fan or air conditioning - you need to open the windows wide, then it gets noisy and very un-private. Six storeys high with a lift that fits only two people (who must be intimate!) and only goes up to the fifth floor. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms. Wi-Fi worked for us but is insecure (no password).
The hotel is well located near the metro, restaurants and shopping areas. 10mins walk from the opera. Hotel staffs very helpful and good.
Location, location, location... We went there for 3 days and other hotels in that area were 1500-2000 EUR for the stay while this hotel's price was 400 EUR (breakfast and WiFi included).
Be prepared that building is very old and it's pretty dirty inside. Just be prepared for it and accept it. If not, staying in this hotel will be a nightmare. If yes (and the hotel for you is just a place to have a shower, sleep and breakfast in the morning), then this will be a wise choice of value (and location) for money.
room was in need of decorating. No twels in room on arrival. Had to get our own.
The friendliness and service from the staff. The location and ease of travel to central Paris.
No issues come to mind
Sam was very welcoming. Hotel in great location!
poor facilities, poor breakfast
Excellent location, well deserved metro station in the nearby, many shops, restaurants and fastfood very close, exceptionallly quiet area, excellent for relaxing even if the place is in the heart of the Grands Boulevards and Faubourg Montparnasse area. The building is old style but decently re-furbished and decently utilated, nothing to complain about. Elevator is working well, it is small in size but good enough for 2 people and 1 big luggage case, stairs are wide enough and well lighted. Breakfast area is nice and clean, the food you'll get is very simple (croissant, fruit jam, butter, good coffee and orange juice at your disposal, corn flakes and milk also), but it will help you to get enough energy for your Paris visiting day. The stuff is kind, they understand and speak English very well. If you'll feel you need something for your room, just ask, they will provide it for you in just a few minutes. WiFi is excellent and free in room as well as in breakfast area.
no air conditioning, minibar only in 3 beds rooms, sewage could be better in the bathroom, my advice: check your beds for bed bugs (on my first day I have found one, but later no other bug showed up).
cheapest hotel in centre city; you get what you pay for but it will do unless you like frills and big rooms....then don't stay there.
The hotel, common areas and rooms, are very dirty and in bad conditions. We found blood in one bed and hairs in the pillows. The breakfast really poor, just coffee and bread with Butter. I was really desapointed as I could stay in Ibis style or budget for less....
Location, area, distance to metro station Elevator ;)
run-down rooms and furnitures.
Location is great. Staff was nice. PAR is expensive place to be and hotels are unreasonably overpriced therefore this hotel was ok considering the good price they were charging. Breakfast was fine and bed was clean.
Shower stall was moldy and kind of smelly. Refrigerator was not working.
