Near the station as you can get. Old fashioned, limited facilities, beds made a lot of noise when you had sex, rooms had thin walls, doors too heavy, place too old, very expensive for what it is.

Extremely convenient location opposite main bus and railway stations with frequent local buses and trams stopping directly in front of the hotel offering services to the main historic sights and shopping centre in five minutes or so. Comfortable, warm room - it was bitterly cold outside the night I stayed - very friendly and helpful staff. Rather annoying that every passing tram caused interference to television and radio.

The hotel is right across the street from the train station and not far from the city centre. The staff was very friendly, and spoke a bit of English. It is definitely a budget hotel, but clean, with decent rooms and a good bathroom.

Tres proche a la gare ferroviaire et routiere 1/La chambre pratiquement minuscule, mais sur la photo on ne le voit pas. 2/ La television ne fonctionnait pas. 3/La lumiere electrique etait trop faible.

Rex hotelli oli sijainniltaan hyvä heti rautatien läheisyydessä, ja sinne oli helppo löytää. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja joustava, kun jouduimme vaivaamaan heitä klo 3.30 saapuessamme hotelliin. Olimme kyllä tästä etukäteen sopineet puhelimitse. Hieman kuluneen oloinen hotelli ja kupruinen korkkimatto herätti kysymyksen homeesta, mutta ei hajun perusteella ollut syytä huoleen.

Devant nous rendre à un mariage à la mairie de Caen, nus avons apprécié la proximité de cet hôtel avec le centre ville. Nous nous sommes réveillés en pensant que les voisins étaient dans notre chambre !!! L'isolation phonique est juste catastrophique. Et nous n'avons que très peu apprécié le fait d'être appelé à 10h30 du matin pour savoir à quelle heure nous partions (pour prévoir le ménage), alors que la chambre était réservée jusque midi... Nous avons eu l'impression d'être mis dehors !

Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Bra läge för den vane resenären. Förvånansvärt lugnt och tyst trots lyhördheten. Helt ok med tanke på priset. Skippa frukosten om du har möjlighet. Knappt värt pengarna. Som alltid när man bor på hotell vid tågstationer så får man vad man betalar för.
