The location and enviroment of the hotel was nice. Hotel staffs were good for me. There was no trash box in the room. Cleaners did not dispose my trash until I asked cleaners to dispose them. I understand cleaners can not dispose items belonging to me. So trash boxes should be installed in room to distinguish trash and others. The descriptions on the services should be installed in room. It was very inconvinient for me.

its wonderfull place in 16th arr. and its really welcome and helpfull staff. bathroom is clean and perfect and well keeping for the room. TV, all Channels are working, new sheets, desk to work, Wifi, .... confort is not that good. windows and room doors are 0% exterior sound-stop. you can hear your neighboors discussion, "bad things", and even their tv sound from your room. if you plan for a relaxing stay don't go for it. I was tired by work and city discovering and I didn't sleep by night because of sounds that comes from everywhere (street walkers via windows, neighboors...)

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was someone behind the front desk all the time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower/bathtub was very large. Very good location-30 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, 3 nearby metro stops. Closest stop-Trocadero-was a ten minute walk away. The hotel advertises the location as a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It's actually 30 minutes, which is still pretty convenient. Just be prepared.

Staff were very friendly and helped us out whenever we needed them. The hotel was basic with wires exposed in the bathroom and room was always cold.

les murs épais comme des feuilles de papier, on entend les gens de la chambre d'à côté parler, et les allers-et-venu à 1h du matin pendant 1h de gens qui claque la porte plusieurs fois ...

位置不错，走路3、5分钟到塞纳河边，楼下就是面包店，地铁口交通极其方便。不远处就是埃菲尔铁塔。 酒店清洁程度需加强，床单上有明显的污渍痕迹，洗手间的淋浴头非常难用，总是无法固定，无法调解到合适的高- 度。

L'accueil est toujours excellent. C'est notre 3ème visite dans cet hotel. Nous avons toujours grand plaisir à retrouver les petites dames de chambre et notre hote d'accueil. Plus agréables qu'eux, je n'ai jamais trouvé.

Me encato la atencion del personal que labora alli; muy cortesesm amables ayentos , responsables y muy dispuestos a ayudar.. La ubicacion del hotel es estartegica para trasladarse en paris cerca del metro--, ademas esta rodeado de lo que quieras desde comida gourmet , un mercado m pasteleria y un cafe... Todo lo que quieras lo puedes conseguir..

La ubicacion No tiene aire acondicionado, ventilador ni frigo bar, que para el precio deberia de tenerlos! Cuidado si van en verano, se agobiaran del calor y no tendran con que refrescarse.

“The best part was the owners. I adore them. They immediately made us feel like family. They made sure we knew where to go, what to do, and most importantly how to get there!! The breakfast was so super, with homemade cakes, fruit, etc.. We loved it. They are the cutest couple ever!! The location PERFECT!! You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, in 10 minutes. You are not even 5 minutes from the river. The bus stop and metro are another 5 minutes in each direction. I would stay here whenever I go to Paris again.
