The website and the booking confirmation explicitly stated that this room is equipped with free wifi. At arrival I was informed that the hotel had only wifi in the 'lobby'. The personnel did not even try to make any apologies for that. I don't recommend a hotel which provides wrong information and with personnel that is not interested.

Staff were helpful. This place was seriously overpriced, especially considering that breakfast was extra. Very tired decor. Internet did not work in the rooms, and barely in the public spaces.

Perfect location, kind staff and very clean room. Wifi was problematic, the room was supposed to be three but there were barely any space left after the added bed. During my stay in 2007, they gave us another room for three, which was more than double the size of this room.

I do not recommend this hotel and did not like anything about it except the good sized bathroom. Fairly remote location in the far part of Trocadero (at least 4 metro stops and 1 transfer to any sights), not many restaurants within walking distance, no air conditioning or fan in a very stuffy room, had to pay for breakfast separately, and did not have the "free wireless" working.

It was ok. Near to the metro station and an Eiffel Tower. The room was nice but very small. Clean.

The location was great, staff very helpful and flexible The noise from the other rooms and corridors can be heard anywhere in the hotel, it's hard to find a parking spot Anyway, overall we had a great stay, thanks

Lugnt och tyst läge Toaletten och duchrummet var nyrenoverat, fräscht. Men att placera ett så stort handfat i ett så litet utrymme, ca 30 cm mellan vask och vägg att man knappt kunde ta sig till duschen verkar ju inte vidare genomtänkt

1. Близость к метро (5 минут ходьбы). 2. Тихий район. 3. Рядом с отелем магазинчик с вкуснейшей выпечкой. 4. Можно пешком дойти до площади Трокадеро (20 мин), а далее либо к Эйфелевой башне, либо в Триумфальной арке (10 мин.), 5. Номер сравнительно не маленький (для 2-х звезд), даже туалет с душем раздельные. 1. Обстановка в номерах старенькая (ветхая). 2. Шкаф для одежды - чудо идиотизма: вешалки не помещаются ни вдоль, ни поперек. 3. Стаканчик на умывальнике разовый из тонкого пластика. Что-либо поставить в него невозможно - он тут же падает. 4. Информация о наличии камина - профанация. С таким же успехом (а может, и с большем) камин можно было просто нарисовать на стенке.

ホテルスタッフの対応はすごく良かった。英語での対応も可能で、諸々の相談にも親切に対応してくれた。 クリーニングサービスが無い。部屋に冷蔵庫が無い。セキュリティボックスが壊れていた。室内にゴミ箱が無い- 。壁が薄く、隣の部屋の音が筒抜け。など、細かな点で不具合はあった。

La ubicacion excelente, el barrio muy agradable. La habitacion estaba un poco sucia. El resto estupendo. Volveria pero no me quedaria en la habitacion 23.

Camera assolutamente sporca. Ho dormito sopra le coperte perchè I cuscini avevano diverse macchie. Il bagno non è mai stato pulito in una settimana di soggiorno. E ho pagato 130 euro a notte.... Senza colazione.. Albergo completamente insonorizzato, il primo che si sveglia nella notte è capace di svegliare l'intero hotel semplicemente tirando lo scarico del wc. Internet inesistente in camera.

Удобное расположение (ночью пешком от Эйфелевой башни 30 минут, от Трокадеро - 20 минут), тихий район, рядом 2 станции метро. У нас в номере был раздельный санузел. Достаточно просторно (для Парижского отеля). Завтрак брать не советую, он не стоит своих денег (выносят на подносе чашку чая или кофе (на выбор), пару булок, йогурт и кусок сыра). Внимание! Этот отель заранее замораживает деньги на карте (т.н. преавторизация). При этом персонал отеля отказался провести подтверждение преавторизации (как это делают в нормальных отелях, чтобы не списывать ту же сумму еще раз) и списал по новой всю сумму за проживание, а на вопрос как мне получить назад замороженную сумму - сказали разбираться с банком. В итоге деньги вернул назад только через месяц. :( Полученного негатива хватило на несколько дней.
