The proximity from the undeground

Toilets too small, building works, one of the wifi doesn't work, you need to turn on the principal ligth to have electricity for your pc for exemple, rooms looks a bit old, we can hear the neighboor taking shower, small room. We can keep the key of my room and you must bell at the entrance after midnight

Excellent location, close to metro and restaurants. Good breakfast but there is also a McDonald's nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. It was in a good position for the main attractions and also for the large stores along boulevard Haussman.

The interior design needs a bit of a tweak - the rooms were very clean but none of the furniture or covers matched. It was not co-ordinated and the rooms were very old fashioned looking - a bit 70s. With a face lift they would be fine.

the location is the only thing i can say i liked, only about a 5-10min walk to the opera, which is where buses and metro stops are.

the walls were filthy, the room itself was tiny, and the bathroom didnt even have a door, it was a piece of wood that slide across....acting as a door i presume, it was also the length and width of 2 baths beside each other lenghtways, you could hear the metro go by, and the room even shook some of the time.

The hotel is located almost in the center of Paris, and 3 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Free wi-fi. Small, but nice rooms :) All in all, I liked our stay at the Riboutte Lafayette.

As we arrived at the hotel, we found hair on the sheets, but when we told the staff about it, they changed them immediately. The window in our room faced the yard, and sometimes it smelled there like somebody was frying something... so sometimes we just couldn't open the window because of it...

the shower wasn't power full but they did fixed it at the end..

Chambre exigue ne correspondait pas à la photo lors de la résa , hotel en travaux non signalés , vetusté de l'ensemble

Posizione buona, fermata della metro vicinissima. Pulizia molto buona.

Euxaristo prosopiko, kathariotita, ejyphrethsh,

la posizione,centrale rispetto a tutta Parigi,la vicinanza di ben 2 fermate metro,am volendo anche 3.il bagno pulito e la pulizia e il cambio giornaliero delle asciugamani.

la camera un po' piccola,rispetto ai parametri italiani,ma in regola con quelli francesi.

Le personnel est aimable et le petit déjeuner est correct pour le prix.

Les photos affichées sur le site sont loin de refléter la réalité. Notre chambre était petite, il n'y avait qu'une seule table de chevet pour un lit 2 places (j'ai du me contenter d'une chaise à l'assise trop bombée pour y poser quoi que ce soit) et le verre de protection sur le dessus de la commode était grossièrement recollé au ruban adhésif noir. L'insonorisation est inexistante et nous avions l'impression de vivre avec nos voisins. Pour finir j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de retrouver un cheveu dans la baignoire à notre arrivée avant de m'apercevoir que la porte de la salle de bain n'avait pas de verrou et fermait mal... Pour résumer, l'hôtel ne vaut pas le prix payé.
