Located facing the Mediterranean, between the marina and the old village of Les Issambres, the residence is built in the traditional small coastal village style. Very well situated: close to the beach and to the village centre. Comfortable room and nice swimming pool. 1!) Very noisy - street and waste disposal in the early morning (each day at 5:30 am rubbish skip emptied). That noise depends on the situation of the flat. 2) The first day, necessary to clean room by yourself (a lot of hairs everywhere ...)

First of all, not anyone on duty, who can help in questions we had. Secondly, I booked 2 rooms, but in arrival we got 1 room only. In third, we tried to get anybody, like a duty manager during 2 hrs, at least, spent a value of money on an international calls and roaming. Forth point, no availability of bed sheeds in the room and again spent time to get it. At the end of end, nobody carried about our problems and not advised with any regrets to us even. Sure, it is necessary to be in reception with duty manager around the clock.

Next standing to another p&v premium location with restaurant and thalasso center (haven't used). Poor acoustic isolation of rooms. French admire anymals but somebody who cleaned our room didn't swipe floors thouroughly, so we've found some hair.

Un acceuil aimable, bien situé dans un beau cadre, belle piscine pas de serviettes/douche... nous avons étés dans des résidences proches dans le même style, mais moins chèr offrant serviettes pour chaque membre de la famille ainsi qu'un parking sécurisé et GRATUIT. La propreté des appartement n'était pas des meilleures.

environnement, proximité de la plage, pas de vis à vis, appartement bien agencé, calme. parking payant à cette époque, un peu cher. Vue le prix du séjour, il devrait être gratuit.

Très bien situe géographiquement en bordure de mer ... Vue de la terrasse sur la baie de St. Tropez magnifique !!! Proche du centre ville des issambres ... Les lumières extérieures ne fonctionnaient pas a chaque étage pas pratique d' ouvrir sa porte dans le noir ... L hiver la nuit tombe vite ...

La situation est excellente, la mer est proche de l'hôtel, les commerces également. Rapport qualité prix très décevant, appartement trop petit est étroit, matelas du lit très dur.

Bien situé, commerces à proximité, 2 Pièces agréable. Personnel sympathique. 7€ en plus par jour pour la voiture dans la résidence, tv 40cm, accès zone spa jacuzzi 20€ en plus par jour.... Wc limité au moins de 1m80 sinon il faut être de biais( mur avec le sèche serviette contre les genoux) Plus une panne d'eau chaude le matin du départ...

A la réception, personnel très accueillant et disponible ; studio bien agencé, multiples rangements, la situation en bord de mer, l'aménagement extérieur (piscine, jardin, jeux enfants). Le fait que la parking soit payant.

Les rangements dans le logement ont été très pratique. Le confort des matelas est à revoir. Il manquait un BBQ électrique ou plancha par exemple.

- Die Nähe zum Supermarkt - Die Nähe zum Strand - Das freundliche Personal - Die Matratze auf Betten waren sehr gut (konnte man sehr gut schlafen) - Sehr große Balkon ca. 32qm (Wir hatten Ost-Ausrichtung und konnte Morgen immer schön draussen auf Balkon frühstücken); es waren bei allen anderen Zimmer ziemlich groß. Wir hatten ein 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. - Warmwasser ist zwei Tage lang ausgefallen. - Der Wasser im Pool war extrem kalt - Die Kosten für die Waschmaschine und Trockner waren sehr hoch (5€ pro Wäschegang und 3€ für Trocknung) - Die Bodenfliesen waren vor dem Einchecken nicht gereinigt - Unser Sohn ist 10 Monate alt und krabbelt; das war nicht optimal. - Es wurde nach 9 Tagen Aufenhalt nicht 1 Mal Bettwäsche gewechselt. - Internet (WLAN) hat nicht immer funktionniert und wenn es funktionnierte, war die Verbindung sehr lahm. - Die erste Tage gab es keine deutsche Sender am Fernseher (Deutsche Sender konnten wir erst nach 7 Tage empfangen - trotzdem keine ARD, ZDF, RTL, Pro7 oder so, zu sehen waren eher ARTE, und irgendwelche unbekannte deutsche Sender) - Der Fernseher war zwar ein Flachbilschirm, das heisst sehr modern, aber sehr klein, hoch um die Ecke wie in der Kneippe, und ohne Fernbedienung.

Colgo l'ccasione per ringraziare per aver soggiornato in un appartamento da 6 mantenendo il prezzo per quello da 4\5 posti letto, più confortevole e spazioso. Mi è piaciuta la posizione rispetto al paese vicinissimo al centro dove si trovano i negozi di vario tipo. Avendo soggiornato nel mese di dicembre non ho potuto valutare il servizio piscina e la zona spiaggia. Non sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della pulizia dell'appartamento molto scarsa.
