Cleanliness of the room was ok, also the used towels were replaced every day.
The hotel is very small and the walls are really thin, so you can hear every time someone gets a shower. We booked and at the end also payed for a double room, but they put us in a single room. When we asked about it, the staff was very ignorant and they didn't want to hear us or help us, so we stayed in a single room. Also, they didn't even asked for our permission to carry out the transaction, they did it without out knowledge and told us the next day. I would't recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris.
Located near the metro station. The staff was ok.
To start: the room looks nothing like the pictures. But that's ok. What was not ok was the smell coming out of the toillete - the smell of sewage was unbearable! The shower base was too small (60X60 cm), you can barely move. And regarding the toillete the only positive aspect was: it has hot water! wow, great! The room was small with a very tiny and uncomfortable bed ( a double bed only 131 cm large). The TV did not work and there no AC. Small lobby and tiny elevator. We stayed at the 5th floor and every once in while the button to call the elevator didn't work and we were force to use the stairs. To top it up: the front desk attendant (that was supposed to open the door and let us in at night) was missing! After ringing the bell, knocking on the door and calling the hotel for more than 15 minutes he finally woke up from his "nap" and let us in! So, overall it was not a good experience!
We were in this hotel for 3 nights and it was perfect to have a good comfy sleep, get ready to go and be close to all routes that you need to go and enjoy your Paris tour! Good value for money! Nice stuff!
Most of the things
Looking from the outside is not very nice, but the rooms are ok, modern decoration, but no AC or any other kind then natural ventilation. Must be and issue during summer. Halls very very small, elevator as well, could barelly get my luggage. Staff was ok, but not very friendly.
The location. Staff friendly. My stay was very affordable.
My shower was missing a door. The room was overheated with no temperature regulation. The hotel was reasonably clean, butI was not able to use the wifi on either days of my stay. Power saving lights in the corridors meant that I had to walk to my room often in darkness (switch often far away).
Location was perfect. Room although small was very comfortable. Good value for money
Noisy guests this was not the hotels fault
Close to metro
The pillow cover was dirty, and on the second day I woke up itching, but just on the last day I realise a huge badbug on my bed! I moved the forniture beside my bed and there was another one and full of dust! I stayed in a room for 3 to 4 people and the bathroom didn't have a curtain or a glass on the bathe so when we had our shower the floor was like a river!! Wouldn't recommend.
Excellent location, close to Montmartre. One of the male staff members was terrific, very friendly and helpful. Others not so much. Basic breakfast, but still nice. We had a really decent sized room and bathroom.
Other guests were particularly noisy (part of a tour group I think) slamming doors and playing music loudly at a relatively late hour. However, the mentioned terrific male staff member on duty came up and sorted them out without a complaint from us. The room was quite warm, could have used a fan.
Staff and it was clean.
Very small and cramped, shower leaked and very noisy so didn't sleep well
Near gare du nord and Anvers metro. Good pillows and duvet. Stay was ok.
Shower had mouldy grouting and bad smell from plug holes think they are probably blocked with hair/grunge as sink drained rally slow. Double bed was small double. Have to leave room key at reception when you leave hotel. Doors to other rooms slammed, sound proofing not good. Immediate area is poorly lit at night. Quite old tired feel to hotel.
Location was handy
You could hear every conversation had in the hotel. The doors bang and people coming in at 1 in the morning carrying on were constantly waking us. Bath room was dirty and extremely small, had trouble sitting on toilet as too close to wall
Wi-fi Location Lift
Late Check-In - Room was not ready for time stated.
Staff is nasty . Bed in uncomfortable . Bathroom is dirty .
The location was very good (a underground station nearby), and the price was okay.
You have to pay for internet. My friends and I decided not to hire the service, but when we surrended, it was not working. So, we had no internet, even if we paid for it. The room was not that clean, and the shower had no curtains (water all over the floor). The staff was extremely rude, and didn't help with anything (we were looking for some turist information, but couldn't get any). The elevator was tiny, it fit only two people with their luggage. Do not recommend staying there, unless you have no other place at such price
Where to start spent 4 nights here in august worst experience Staff were so rude room was not ready when we arrived have a little girl in a wheelchair who was getting uncomfortable after travelling and they could not give us a room even though they had been advised of our arrival time. Lift was the size of a laundry shoot, staff would not help with bags, view from the room was disgusting looking out at a dirty wall, the windows were rotten timbers, the mattress was all ripped the bathroom couldn't be used the smell of sewage was over powering. The only breakfast available was coffee and juice and croissant which is €6 per person breakfast room is down 2 flights of stairs to a small dark room noting for kids..
Location Staff helpfull
The room was so small . I felt they made single room as a double and squeezed double bed in it . On second day the cleaner didn't bother to clean our room and didn't provide new towels . Which was surprising
It was great location, staff friendly, breakfast was good very clean.
The only problem was getting large towels.
We could just fit a family of four in one room a little bit small but a least we didn't need to get two rooms
No air condition and. Very short size of the room No internet available I the rooms except in the lobby
there was no light in hall ways...; it was with Wifi as adverfised but there was no wifi.
no housekeeping washbasi clogged
Close walk to some key attractions in Paris (Sacre Ceore, Galerie Lafayette) Also near to groceries and cafés However DO NOT STAY HERE
DO NOT STAY HERE Rude staff, not helpful, they don't take the blame for their wrong doing. Didn't even smile upon arrival, or a kind hello. We didn't have fresh clean towels for over 26hours... When they were ready they didn't bring them to our room, but we had to go down to reception to ask if they were ready. Made a reservation for a cot on booking.com-they then said that they don't check specification on booking.com, but we had to contact them directly. Staff complained that they had to set up an infant cot in our room... Even with requesting it. Wifi is expensive and doesn't even work properly Maid kept knocking on your door on the day of check out asking what time we were leaving, even though we had the room until 12pm Reception staff was angry with people on the phone, an grey that he was doing 'other people's jobs' So clearly we had a great experience here :)
clean, located in a safe zone
small hotel no wifi quite expensive
Location is not near to town. Room was bad. No tv remote. NO fan as stated in the booking.com voucher. Lift too small. Bad Room service. Toilet smelling. Noisy as you can hear next room opening their door.
