The geographical situation. Supplementary bed was always 'collapsing' in the middle part, air-conditioning too strong, if turned off, the heat was unbearable, the highly advertised spa-room wasn't working, there are only two lifts, one of them can carry only two persons, the other three...the hotel must have seen its best years in the 80s, it still has some splendid features, but some upgrading/renovation would be worth |

Convenient location for walking "tour" of Paris. Lovely room. Happy for internet access. not easy to get information on best way to travel around the city and to go to and from airport or other tourist locations. |

The hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived so we asked them to extend our stay one day (checking out5/3/10.) We were billed as a no show by you even though we were there that night. We need help in reversing this unfair charge. Thank you. |

All the staff very helpful. Rooms very comfortable and showers good. Excellent breakfast facility as served from 7 til 14.00 No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. Thought the price included breakfast (my fault for not checking ) but it would have been value for money if breakfast was included |

The location of the hotel & the high quality of the concierge. Lack of vegetarian options in the menu. Also, buffet breakfast was overpriced @ Euro 25. |

The hotel was perfectly located near the Champs Elysees. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Beautifull Hotel. The room was quite noisy due to the elevator being next to our room which meant we could not sleep late in the morning. |

I admired the location and cleanness I was thinking that with such hotel I will find a water boiler and some complementary coffee but I did not also no electrical adapters except for sale for 15 Euros and the room was cold with a heater not well functioning |

o hotel é bem localizado fica proximo de varios pontos turisticos de Paris e ao lado da Champs Elysee é muito confortável o quarto para tres pessoas é espaçoso e tem muito conforto é um dos poucos hoteis na Europa que me ofereceu um quarto para tres pessoas (casal e uma filha adolecente ) com muito conforto . |

J'ai aimé la chambre pour trois personnes, une junior je crois..., spacieuse et claire, on ne parle pas de "Luxe" mais c'est très confortable. Jolie vue sur la cour intérieure abritant un jardin. Je sais où je reviendrai la prochaine fois si je passe un week end à Paris. Métro à 50m et Champs Elysées à 200m, GENIAL. Personnel de l' Accueil pas très agréable. |
