Staff were fabulous and the hotel was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Only 3 blocks from Champs Elyesses. A great location. Loved it all.My 3rd trip to Paris and I would gladly use this hotel again.

Lots of restaurants nearby but the hotel only has a room for breakfast. A small point really but the only slight downside to it all.

Near Champs Elysees; helpful concierge; comfortable room although small

Nightclubs across the street were extremely noisy throughout Friday and Sat nights making it hard to sleep.

the location is suburb for being in the heart of Paris, you can visit most of the touristic sites withe very few minutes walking. the staff and specially the bell captain and his colleagues (Nadim) for example are very patient and well conversant in English to explain the route for the site you wish to visit and the shortest means of transport that one should ride, all in all my wife and myself have enjoyed our short break in Paris and the staff have made it comfortable and relaxing to the best of there ability, thank you all.

dated room and small bed

It was very good stay in the hotel the room I was reserved wonderful quiet and clean.

I was sureprise of the rate of the room its increase som days and that some not known by the person. If the take care of the housekeeping sometime they careless in the cleanig.

Staff was excellent and service was very good. Location was the best, in the heart of Paris, only 5 minutes walk from Champs Elysee's and Metro was right next to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and good quality.

Value for money was not the best, however the good thing about the hotel was that, when I did not like the room offered at first, they upgraded me for a better room which had a double the price of what I booked, but the hotel did not charge the extra and gave me a better room for the same price as originally booked. The view from the room was not very nice though.

I had suite room in the hotel, I love the room design style , so comforty !! Plus Great location ! And they have a yard in the hotel which was nice and quite. This is my second time in Paris, really enjoyed it!

Wonderful location( extremely close to subway, also close to champs élysées). It's a old hotel but it's clean and based on great decoration.

TV signal is very bad. Bath tap is complicated to control. Free wifi is not fast.

Loved the room - the staff was accomodating and kind.

Friendly staff rare to find in Paris, Everything was great we spent 3 night nothing to complain.
