Roma Sacré-Coeur  

- The location is the only positive (apart from the noise of the street) - Die Lage ist das einzig Positive (abgesehen vom Lärm der Strasse)

- We had three (extremely small) rooms: they were dirty and extremely rundown. The bathrooms are moldy and the tiles are loose. Many lamps are not working. Some electrical outlets are in a precarious state. There is no emergency exit! - Unsere drei (äusserst kleinen) Zimmer waren schmutzig und extrem heruntergekommen. Die Bäder waren verschimmelt und die Kacheln lose. Viele Lampen funktionieren nicht. Einige Steckdosen sind in einem prekären Zustand. Es gibt keinen Notausgang!

The hotel was quirky and the price was amazing. We were not expecting five star luxury but it was comfortable and we had an amazing view from our room. The shower had hot water and our room was made up daily (sometimes despite us asking it not to be!)

We booked a double room but on arrival were given a twin-I am not sure if this was because we are a same sex couple but my French was not great enough to explain! Our room was right next to the lift which was noisy during the night but that cannot be helped. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice!

What I liked about this Hotel was the quirkiness of our hotel room, colourfull and equipped with cafe table next to our very own shuttered window overlooking a very parisian street, nothing fancy, just nice. The hotel is situated in a great part of Paris within walking distance of Sacre Cour. There where no tourist shops but plenty of cafes, I would deffinatly recommend this hotel and area.

Bathroom and bed were made up every day but when packing up and prior to departure, I checked under the bed and discovered tissues, a bottle of beer, and accumulated rubbish on the floor. Obviously this area had not been cleaned for some time. Lots of late night noise - next to Metro

The bathroom was a good size.

The electricity kept going off in the mornings when we were getting ready to go out and there was drilling etc in the hotel for renovation work. It was very poor value for money, more of a hostel but charging £90 a night. I would never recommend the hotel.

poor wifi access. elevator didn't work and staff wouldn't help you to get 6 floors up your luggage. we stayed an extra night, and they charged 30 euros more than booking rate.

Location is excellent nice neighbourhood and so close to Metro. staff were all friendly and courteous.

Room was slightly scruffier than I'd imagined ( for the price) eg chipped paint on windows and not masses of space.

Very good Location!, we had a room with a wonderful view. A very nice gentleman from the reception, very close to metro,Shops near a Hotel.

No internet in the rooms on the top floor

For Paris, the price was reasonable. The hotel is very close to Sacre Coeur and the Montmartre district of Paris. We were able to walk to the sights from our hotel. Helpful staff.
