nice design. very close to metro. 10 minute walk to mc donald's and KFC.

the bathroom wall was broken and the wall were very dirty. staff are not very friendly.

Roma Sacre - Coeur is a very practical hotel. This hotel is in a great location in Montmartre and next to a metro station in a local district of Paris that has a life of its own. The hotel is very clean, cosy and very reasonably priced for Paris. Well worth a stay and the hotel staff are very charming, friendly and helpful. It has everything and a great free WI FI connection.

All staff very friendly. Super location as so close to metro and the Sacre Coeur. Would definitely go back there again as it was good value for money. Didn't expect any frills.

Quite hot in our room even though very cold outside so we just turned our radiator off. Not sure what you'd do in the summer though as didn't seem to be any air con. Wouldn't want to sleep with window open as road below us was quite busy and noisy. Would be ok I suppose if you had a back bedroom.

Booking.com price was good if you want a budget hotel that is clean and near the metro this is good for you

A little noisy near the lift but for the price it was not a problem

First of all we loved the location in beautiful Montmartre, but in a relatively quiet part of it - no pack of tourists on every square meter, which we liked. The Sacre-Coeur is on a 10 minutes walking distance (be prepared to climb!) and metro station Lamarck-Caulaincourt is literally around the corner. There is a small convenience store next door, and under the hotel you can have lunch & dinner (or just a drink) at "Chez Ginette". The decor of the hotel is perhaps a bit outdated but very charming. We stayed in room 606 which was in Gaugain-style. We loved it! The room was large enough with a large closet, spacious bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet. Staff was friendly, especially the black receptionist. We have stayed in at least 15 different hotels in Paris, and will definitely come back here.

Worst hotel I ever stayedin.Staff is very rude.They did not let us check-in at 14:00.There's no shower curtain.You cant plug in,the electircity goes off every 2-3 min and they keep you waiting to turn it back on in a very rude manner.. The worst is they organized a shuttle to CDG for us, and they also make money out of it as well as the shuttle co.Engine of the shutlle did not work they kept us waiting half an hour, saying a new car would come to pick us up.we were scared to miss the flight and we wanted to take a cab.The hotel did not take responsibility in all happenening and said it was not their responsibility and they did not care at all!When we told them they should have been helpful to us in this situation, the driver was swearing at us 2 girls!!They lied tous saying taxi costs 60€ to airport, but it was only 33€.Whereas the shuttle was 36!!

Location next to metro. Budget well below 100 euros. Helpful staff. The free Internet access worked fine which is a must for all hotels these days.

Room offered with view had no view worth the extra money paid.

The location of the Hotel was just near the metro station. The staff was very helpful and speak very good English. The hot bath tube in February was such a nice commodity in this building of 17th century. I will choose again in my other Paris visits

Receptionist spoke excellent English Receptionist were welcoming Breakfast though basic was good value. Next to Metro so excellent location for tourist.

This was our 4th visit to this hotel, so now decor is a bit dated. Even though this is in tourist district consider it to be a bit expensive for a 2 Star hotel.

The bus stop is very close to the hotel and only a mile walk to the central station.

We were excited about the location until we were sleeping and were woken up at 3am by drunks yelling. We also found a blood stain on our mattress. Our door looked like it had been kicked in & the staff was awful. The guy with white hair is a complete jerk.

I was like every year travelling for work to Paris. Me and a Friend loved this Hotel. The metró is just 2 min away and our room (704) had an amazing view and the room was massive . Jean was amaZing .

Breakfast was just a plain baguette and croissant each but there are plenty of nice bakeries nearby. we also found 5 empty condom wrappers in the room on the floor, but overall room seemed clean so was a little odd.

The bathroom had no curtains so the floor got flooded every time we had a shower. There was no mat or the small towels were missing despite our requests. The room needed to be painted. The armchairs were dirty. The window did not close.

The metro station is just 20mt from the entrance of the hotel and it is a good location going to differents spots of Montmatre by walk.

Easy to get to on the Metro. Very attentive staff. Lovely breakfast. Nice friendly other guests. Refurbished and vg restuarant Cepage within 200m. Walk to the Sacre-Coeur.

The bathtub is too small for two persons ;)

Unfortunately, there is nothing to like about the hotel.

The first room (306) was invested with black and white fungus in the bathroom, so that the smell of it could be recognised in the room it self. The cleaning ladies didn't understand, that opening the windows helps to keep the bathroom dry. So we moved to another room (408), which only had non smelling black fungus in the upper part of the bathroom. Next to that the bed in 408 was so old and used, that we didn't get any proper sleep for three days. On to p of that the fuse of the two rooms blew twice. On sunday morning the concierge started at a quarter past eight to bug us, that we can shift rooms. Twice he called to the room. When complaining about the early wake up call, he was wondering, that we were still sleeping…; from 9am onwards the cleaning ladies started slamming doors then, to make sure, that we will get up. The room doors in the hotel are closing with a big bang, waking everybody up, whenever somebody enters or leaves a room.

The location was very central and near to a metro line. The room was clean and comfortable. Good lock on the door. The bed linen and towels were very clean. It was a good room for a long weekend stay. I was very happy there. The man on the desk was very polite and friendly.

The breakfasts were a little expensive, I did not have breakfast there. The road outside was a little noisy at night, I needed earplugs!

Cute hotel, a little expensive for the quality of the premises but great for access to Montmarte and the Metro. Staff were friendly enough. I'd probably stay again and recommend it to anyone that wants to enjoy the Parisian experience without American tourists

Bit too expensive for the quality of the hotel but I have nothing to compare it with because I haven't stayed anywhere else in Paris.
