Right next to the metro station Value for money Nice colors - chearfull You can walk to Montmarte tourist attractions
Not really warm with 0 degrees celcius outside Really tight space in the bathroom, no way to avoid shower curtain touching you.
Our 'secret door', free wifi, proximity to Metro, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge
No double glazing so there was people / traffic noise
Located just next door to la bouche du metro, so it makes a little noise.
Close to a metro station, reasonably quiet location, friendly staff
There was no fresh fruit for breakfast
Location - just upstairs from Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro station, and a walking distance from Sacre-coeur and all the Montmartre sights. A very nice neighbourhood with lots of cafes & restaurants. There's also a Velib (bicycle rental) station right outside the door, and lots around. Staff speak good English.
Small Room. Elevator out of service, had to carry baggage. Staff weren't so helpful & informed about surroundings, and a bit understaffed. Weak wifi.
Located in a beautiful zone of Paris, a few steps from Sacre Coeur, full of nice non "touristic" restaurants, well connected, Lamarck Metro station exacly next to the Hotel, Clean, with helpful staff, present 24hrs/day.
-Non autonomous heating (seriously?!): the heating was centralized and at 8'C outside it wasn't active at all any time of the day. No A/C remote control was provided even when i asked for it. -Never had really hot water: the water was always lukewarm especially in the morning. -Noisy: background noise coming from the elevator 24hrs/day ( problem not affecting all of the rooms though) -Old furniture.
Location, near the metro station and Sacre Coeur.
The hotel is a two stars hotel, name of the hotel is Roma hotel. The room had a strange smell and the bathroom was not very clean.
Friendly staff and clean
Bed very hard and uncomfortable Room and furnishings not as advertised - looked more drab 60's than artsy. Location very noisy above subway entrance - and most rooms are.
We had breakfast in the bedroom every day which was lovely. The reception staff were extremely helpful. The location was perfect with about a seven minute walk to the Place du Tertre.
Staff very friendly, room small but cute.
Noise from the street was rather loud.
Location was excellent and central to everything. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful with everything I needed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and am already looking to my next trip to Paris!!
The bathroom was a little small but really...thats the only thing I can pick out and it certainly wasn't a fault as such!
The location is great, metro few steps away wonderful restaurants around.
The hotel is very old, beds needs to get upgrade, the carpet is very dirty.
the area ,lots of bars and restaurents near to the metro and the sacre couer friendly hotel staff and next doorcaf e
no kettle in room carpets need replaced in upstairs hall lift too small the price for breakfast no shower curtain in bathroom a bit noisy on friday nights no smoke detector in room
noisy: *woke up at 6 am by somebody shaving next door in public toilet *woke up at 8 am by staff changing lock doors safe? -the locker of my luggage got broken inside my room during my absence.
I thought our location was great. We always ventured out for meals, room was always clean, staff was kind to order taxi as we left.
Room was small, expect noise, leak in bathroom sink. Although hotel clerk was kind we had to manage our own luggage.
Cleanliness of the facility and the location, Metro nearby, availability of restaurants,
Beware, I had stayed 6 nights at a cost of 97 Euros per night, I stayed on an extra 2 nights, that cost me 135 euros per night, reason given was that there was some trade fair on in Paris. Night staff not too helpful.
Casual atmosphere. At night it was surprisingly quiet outside, except for Saturday.
The bathroom (room 406) was very old and needs to be replaced. There was no shower curtian or screen.
Kindness of staff. Position near Sacre Coeur (1 metro station far). Original furniture.
Breakfast quality low (bread and croissant not fresh). Cleanness could be improved.
Location close to Mont Martre and Sacre Coer
Very noisy and no air conditioning. You need to leave the windows open at night to get some air but then the all night road noise is absolutely deafening. Sleep is next to impossible. There may be rooms with windows to another road that might be better. The hotel is not very clean and the rooms are small and the bed is narrow.
The room, located on the 3rd floor, was quite fine, with a splendid balcony, bright and very clean. I never had breakfast there, but I enjoyed the restobars located next to the hotel and downstairs, in front of the metro Lamarck station. Indeed, the location is perfect for someone looking for a pintoresque quartier :) Loved the decoration!
In despite of the excellent attention at the reception (specially a spanish guy who was really kind and very devoted to give a quality attention to the guests), I must point out that some of the staff in frontdesk were kind of rude and lack of patience; e.g. I needed a cab for the airport, and the night before the check out one of them told to "not worry at all, I could take the hotel cab for $25, booking it 20min before"...the next day another staff member told me that I had to book before (!!), so had to take a cab from another company, with the cost that implied... Also, I must recommend to save your proof of purchase from Booking.com on your mobile or print it! They tried to charge me another price! I had to show them the reservation on my mobile. I don´t think the made it on purpose, maybe they were just distracted, but as customers we have to be always careful. Finally, I stayed one more day that planned, and one staff member told me one price and the check out day the charged me another, but I was really tired to make an argument about that.
Stones throw from metro and bus , fantastic and safe neighborhood, great staff , very comfortable beds, mini fridge in room,
Breakfast price - too much to pay for what you get
Bright, comfortable, clean rooms with a themed decor. Lovely staff.
Breakfast coffee out of a machine! Such a shame that it's no longer freshly made by the serving staff!
None I comeback London ill upset
I waist my money and time I book for 5 days and I left after 3 days the hotel won't give me the rest of 2night
The location is perfect for restaurants, metro, sightseeing and the staff is friendly and very helpful.
Sometimes I wished that I was able to cook my own breakfast and/or lunch to save money.
Wifi Location Staff Cheap
Room a bit loud - not problem for us though
