The location was very good so it proved easy to return to the hotel during the day and the staff were always attentive. The breakfasts were reasonable. The air conditioning seemed to heat the room was then unpleasantly warm. It was not practical to open the window as the street was very noisy most nights. There were no TV channels which were English speaking (although the music channels were enjoyed by my daughter!) |

Very nice hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good - close to everything (city centre, place Massena, bus station, Promenade des Anglais). The single room with a large bed was spacious enough. There was a small balcony overlooking the street (no noise). I had everything I needed - a fridge, a safe, tea/coffee making facilities, free wi-fi, a good-size bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer, even wine glasses and a corkscrew. Found a stain on the bedsheet. During my 3-night stay it hasn't been changed. |

Its walking distance from Promenade des Anglais. Staff is exceptionaly helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. No Parking facility though on the internet when we booked the hotel we were given the impression that it had parking. Parking in Nice is very expensive. Bathroom was clean but a bit old and run down. |

Staffs are good and helpful (1) We, all family, Extremely dissapointed with Breakfast, not really worth for the money (few minutes to McDonalds much better value) (2) The experience in the lift is like another experience with roller coster ride, Very jerky, Need to repair the lift and also too small (3) The roof in the bathroom leaking from the top room |

Great location in Nice close to beach, old town, train station and core city. Friendly staff, clean, nice breakfast buffet. Room was simple but functional. Bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled with new tile and fixtures. Would stay here again, overall good value for Nice. We had a "triple" room, so room size was acceptable. However, some of the smaller rooms we saw would be small by US standards, but not necessarily French standards, particularly in the cities where space is a premium. |

The hotel is in a good location so you can easily walk round Nice. The staff were very helpful. Clean rooms were well equipped. Parking is costly & so is breakfast! Eat your breakfast out its alot cheaper! |

Location, quality/price ratio No help with luggage at the time of check in and check out. This would be very helpful since parking outside of the hotel is extremely difficult. The hotel staff looked very indifferent, looking like it is none of their business. |

Location(within 10mins to shopping streets, beach, trains, bus, tram stations), price, and balcony (though small), coffee maker in the room Rooms can be a bit bigger, bathroom only had showers (door didn't close properly so there was some water leakage), sink had some issues of its own (water was draining slowly) |
