Location(within 10mins to shopping streets, beach, trains, bus, tram stations), price, and balcony (though small), coffee maker in the room Rooms can be a bit bigger, bathroom only had showers (door didn't close properly so there was some water leakage), sink had some issues of its own (water was draining slowly) |

It was in an excellent location. Beach, shops, restaurants and rail link all nearby. A good value hotel. |

Within walking distance to the pedestrian area where there is a lot of shopping and restaurants. The hotel is located approximately halfway between the train station and the sea which is convenient if you are looking for a central location within Nice. Few blocks away from the main street, Jean Medicin (where you can find access to the bus and tram) and the shopping mall Nice Etoille. |

The position is perfect for visiting the city, reaching the beach, shopping, transportations. Air conditioning probably not well maintained, air quality was not good. |

The location of the hotel. The air conditioned was not working well. The coke machine was broken. When you take a shower, all the bathroom gets flood. |

The staff were vere very pleasant and helpful . The hotel is cosy and welcoming and is an excellent location in Nice for beach , shopping and restaurants. |

The evening reception was very friendly. Location reasonably convenient, walking distance to beach and "old town". My friends said that there were "bed bugs" in their beds... My bed and one of the chairs were broken/fixed badly. |

No noise, or any odour... The cleaning of the room was not enough at all...found the hairs all the time on the floor, and they did not change the towels and the sheets. |

Friendly staff at reception desk which was opened 24 hours. Room was comfortable and clean and bathroom looked newly refurbished. Room was cleaned every day and new towels provided. Breakfast was not value for money. We only took it one morning out of the three that we stayed. |

Quiet room despite the noise on the street, spacious room for 4 people, very friendly staff, clean hotel, good location. No complaints really; the bathroom although it seemed newly refurbished did not have a shower curtain so everything got inundated; the TV although in theory had english speaking channels, these did not show up. Did not have breakfast there bcs it seemed expensive (12€) but if one considers the prices of food in the city, it wasn't. |

The Hotel location was very good for us; it was between the Tourist area and the commercial area The room was a little small, but understandably so in a old building , and the location and the price compensated for this |
