Best Western Roosevelt Nice  

Good, central location. Clean,renovated room.Nicely decorated with impressionist painters' prints.Good working a/C. Refrigerator in room.Helpful staff.Vending machine available on hotel premises.Good value for short stays.

Double room is small for two people. There is very small space between the bed and luggage rack. Limited closet space. Good value for short stays,not comfortable for longer stays.

The rooms were newly renovated and clean.

The hotel webste advertised complimentary bottle mineral water, however, we were only offered the complimentary water on our first day of our arrival. When we inquired about it to the front desk staff, he became very rude. He first claimed that the hotel never offers complmentary water. When we pointed out that this was listed on their website, he then said that he didn't understand English and don't know what we are asking. Then after we tried to explain a few more times, he finally said he will get us a bottle, at which point, he went into the restaurant kitchen area, slammed the refrigerator door loudly several times, and comes back saying that they were out of the water and that was why we didn't get any and if we wanted water, we could purchase it from the vending machine for 2 Euros. For $258 / night, we expected more courteous service from the hotel staff.

Good value, excellent location, friendly staff, free Internet. This hotel is ideal for a short city break.

I think we got the smallest room No. 114, which wasn't the most comfortable. The next time I would prefer a bigger room like the ones opposite 114 etc.

Very good position of the hotel, warm athmosphere, nice staff.

The noise from the street. The widows were not isolating well from the noise in the street.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Spacious, modern shower in the en-suite bathroom. Friendly,helpful staff. Location excellent, for shopping and a walk to the seafront. Value for money and compares very favourably to other hotels of a similar star rating that we've stayed in.

Great location

Air conditioning was turned off for the season, so the room got a little hot. One of the mornings there was no hot water, but that was resolved the next day

We didn't stay long at the hotel, we just spent a night there so we didn't really experience the whole thing. But the hotel was nice, we loved it. The room is slightly small but it was cozy and clean.

The only thing that wasn't convenient was there weren't any parking space available near the hotel. We had to drive around to find space and we finally got one a few blocks away from the hotel.

Stayed for three nights, all the staff were pleasant and most helpful. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed,and was very clean, There was a very good selection of food for breakfast. Even had tea and coffee making equipment in room which was a bonus. Would recommend this hotel as it was central to shops,restaurants,and not far from trains and buses for visiting Cannes and Monte Carlo.
