size of room was very small, we are of average size, & had very little room to move. For the price of the hotel we thought the room should have been bigger

Marvellously quiet in room, good air conditioning for nghts, nice to be able to open window in daytime, good storage space, very nice breakfasts

Dislike duvets (but then all hotels now have them unless one requests sheet and blanket). Lift only large enough for 2 people.

Location, Room facilities good

Room size adequate, a few more hooks and hanging equipment, ie hangers ad drawers. Tea, coffee - only enough for one serving each per day, maybe two cups each?

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a tub with all the facilities. The location was fairly good, approx 10 minutes to the promenade.

The breakfast was expensive. No bell boy to carry your luggage from the room to the lobby.

arrieved very late flight delayed by 4 hours lovely gent welcomed us at 2 o clock in morning nothing was a bodder.was with my two sisters had triple roon lovely and had plenty of room.will stay again

Nicest BW I've stayed in but the door and lack of air made the stay less enjoyable.

We couldn't turn on the fan without getting heat, which we didn't need. The loaner table fan was very noisy and we couldn't get the deadbolt to lock the door from the inside.

Central location in the city

Price of breakfast - would have added 168 euros to our bill when all we eat in the morning is coffee and a croissant!

Very helpful Reception staff with good knowledge of local bus transport. Smart, recently-refurbished bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Good sized TV with three English channels. Very quiet room on third floor.

Waterproof mattress covers. Text size of free WiFi logon page much too small; logged on timeout too short. Extremely small lift.

The location was perfect for my visit. The staff were excellent - very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Laurainne was exceptionally nice and would make you really consider returning to this hotel. It was like home from home.

There was no smoking area. It would have been nice and relaxing if there was.

The rooms were VERY small. Not cost friendly. The WiFi was slow. A tiny little lift that can only just fit two people with hand luggage.

Asked for a room with a bath on a high floor which is exactly what we got, the room was lovely, spotlessly clean and really pleasantly decorated. The location is perfect, 5 mins from the beach and the train station but still in a quiet street so a perfect location.

Family room was very good in size. There was enough coffee, tee and a boiler in room. Beds were very good in size for two adults and three children of 4, 6 and 11 ages.

Lift very small. Parking problem.

Disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price. The bathroom in our room was quite tiny, and the commode area quite tight. Please give better directions for reaching the hotel from the train station by foot.

Relaxed atmosphere. Quiet back room. Fridge and corkscrew and coffee in room. Lounge area to play board games we brought. Lift to bedrooms suited my 92 year old mother Near centre of town

Mothers room was serviced one day despite sign saying do not disturb, and her tv was left switched on. Towels stacked too high to reach easily!

The hotel was fine. Nothing special, but good for the money and location.

Lots of noise late at night which woke us up, both outside the hotel and on our floor (loud doors opening and closing) both late at night and in the morning.
