I like the fact that it was simple, it was clean it was small but it was perfect and in a great location. It's proof that you don't need a lot of size to have a lot of style
The shower was slow to drain it didn't stop me from showering but it was a little bit annoying
very kind and clean!
very good location in old town of Nice. Excellent and quiet room with stylish interior design and lovely conceptional details, light etc.
Hard to find hotel (small sign on a cluttered street) in a great location, recently remodeled and very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
The rooms facing the plaza are very noisy. We considered asking for another room; but since the WiFi was so good we opted to turn on white noise and ocean from Relax Melodies on our Ipad and and had no problems.
Loved the room, the location and the owner!
nothing - loved it
Very nice room, great location, great check in time.
Noise - we hear everything from hotel's corridor.
really big and clean room helpful staff price location (old city)
location (noisy and no parking) hostel style
Location, decor, bathroom... A cool classy hotel in the heart of Nice. Restaurants and shops on your doorstep.
Tough to find. Worth taking an extra minute to read exactly how to find it.
Very central and practical location. Nice, large rooms. Good coffee.
The surrounding area is really noisy at least during the weekends, so bring earplugs to get some sleep. The beds are ok but nothing more.
Noisy street at night
Very Nice hotell right in the middel of the old town and close to the bach. Lovely big rooms and balkony. Will be back.
It is very central and felt like an apartment. Definitely recommend. It's tops.
All good but have a map to find.
decor and location
central location, clean , sharp rooms
outside noise disturbed us in the night,
This hotel could not have been a more perfect place to arrive after a long journey to France. The decor is very chic and the room very comfortable. The new windows are effective in shutting out the bustle of the old town. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and is just a few minutes walk to the beach.
Perhaps a tiny bit hard to find, as it's just a door with a small sign that you're looking for, not a grand hotel entrance. Worth the search though!
Clean, good size room, nice shower
Location, decor, style, space, simple but functional facilities, attention to detail.
Watch your head on the upper stairs if you are over 1.8m tall, they are designed for your standard Nicoise who must be less than 1.7m!
The staff, cleanliness and location were excellent and the facilities were good. The breakfast on the terrace provided a good start to our day.
Steep stairs to our room (no 6) and the mezzanine bed in a restricted area was not really suitable for more mature clients. However it was perfectly adequate for our one night stay.
Interesting modern minimalist design. No fuss service. Great location
Breakfast fairly basic, but plenty of places in the neighbourhood to eat
The hotel is right in the centre of the old town, central to everything. Facilities were excellent
Amazing location . Smart tidy rooms . Modern interior
We had room at front. Noisy from street especially middle of the night
Good location for tourist attractions Small size of hotel, with helpful staff & a small courtyard garden.
Located right in the centre of the old town so close to all the buzz of Nice. Yet as soon as you enter the hotel all is calm, cool and peaceful, and there was no noise at all to be heard from our room. We had the top floor room with sitting area, good bathroom and bed on upper level. All very comfortable. Decor very cool, almost Scandinavian, relaxing.Great to open the front door and walk from calm right into the hub bub of the city. Slightly odd in that there was no one there when we arrived, but the hotel had phoned to give us the entrance door code and explain that the key would be left for us at the reception desk. All worked out as promised. Great ice cream just across other side of square. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here if I visit Nice again.
Quite tricky to find as there is only a very discrete door on a busy pedestrian street. Had to carry bags to the hotel from our car parked in one of the old town underground car parks (think maybe taxis would be allowed down the streets).
Perfect location, rly modern and sophisticated hotel and excellent facilities. Feels like an oasis from the busy old town outside front door.
We were at back by terrace after having requested that, and was much quieter than if had been overlooking street but with windows closed could still hear crowds outside a bit at night.
After a long day of travelling and finding our way through the narrow cobble stoned streets of Old Nice, the little non-descript door across from the chocolate shop, and beside the Gelateria, welcomed us into a spa-like boutique experience. Our room was modern and spacious with just enough architectural elements to remove d us of where we were. Lots of nice modern touches in an old world location. When we return to Nice, and we will, we will not shay anywhere else. Location, location, location!
The only thing that disturbed our serenity on one morning was the 5:00 a.m. renovation sounds from the Cathedral located right outside our window. That is not the fault of the hotel in the slightest... it is God's work after all :)
