lift to small to get wheel chair in to get to second floor superior rooms shown superior room very dirty red wine stain on carpet and very thin and generally dirty shown standard room on ground floor that was worse than 1st room then shown suite on ground floor which was ok this really is a budget hotel with very high prices would not return

Minibar free on executive rooms

First I booked for about 105 € a regular room, the consierge told me they I was selected for the suite. I got into the suite and it was dreary, dirty and smelled musty. I asked to change to an executive room for about 40 € more and that room was rather better, very noisy though. If you go there do not book a regular room it's really costing too much for what it is.

Clean and comfortable. Man at reception was friendly, gave us a map of the city and answered our questions.

Would rather have the price of breakfast added to the price.

Staff and facilities excellent.

A little bit out of the city reception advised 7km. When we left in morning found a lot of restaurants just round corner which would have bee nice to have been made aware of.

Secure parking, room service, interior door so could not hear corridoor movement.

Wanted to grab take-away breakfast from the bar on departure, as indicated in the room service menu, but this wasn't possible on the day. Breakfast was served sit-down in the restaurant.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food very good.

It was very nice hotel in a relaxing environment.

Secure good location in a wooden area. Facilites were great, pool, tennis court, table tennis table. The restaurant was good value and the food of a good standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We were on a stop over, the hotel was great for this, however if you were on a city break the centre was a long journey

Confusion over the booking, everyone who tried to check in was told the room was not booked, it was sorted and once we had checked in we had a great time, but stressful at the time.

My comments are for booking.com. I booked for 4 people in the room, I received the confirmation for 2. Fortunately, I called the hotel before and they arranged the room for 4. It seems that it is very usual with Booking.com. If I have to call the hotel even when I received a confirmation, what is the purpose of booking through your site ? And apparently, not many people call the hotel and they have to change the room at the last minute. Please correct this. Regards

Stayed overnight on a stopover on the way back from the west coast as the hotel is only 2 1/2 hours from Calais. Great facilities, good food, comfortable beds, a fantastic overnight stop and will definitely stay again.

Easily accesible from motorway, friendly waiter. Good customer service, when I complained about my stay via email, I got a full refund of our room.

Room temperature way too hot - even though it was 9°c outside, it was 25°c or more in the room, barely slept.

the hotel was easy to find, gave us a nice big room for the four of us, and we ate in the cafe which was outside and very pleasantly situated.

What we didn't like is your booking details are different to Novotels. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children on line. When we arrived they only had a room for 2 adults booked. Extra 24 euros was demanded.

It was the only hotel we stayed in in France which had tea and coffee making facilities in our room! The room was spacious (a superior double), the grounds were lovely, and the room service dinner was great and well priced. We got a good deal on the room and breakfast through booking.com so it was the best value and most comfortable hotel we stayed in.

Restaurant was fine; I would recommend that to every guest.

Rooms in groundfloor are clairaudient; you hear when toilets flush in floor above you very clearly as well as people talking in hallway.

Staff at this hotel are excellent and booking through Booking.com made it value for money. They are dog friendly. Also an excellent stopping off place on route to Calais. We always use this hotel on our way back form Spain.

Food on Room Service menu is poor, expensive and not value for money. As we have dogs with us we stay in our room and do not use the restaurant which probably offers better food..

It was very friendly excellent facilities, friendly staff.Great location lots of things to do beach great and very clean. Good entertainment excellent accommodation and the few touches made it comforting.Great value for money as we had a very good discount from you.We would definitely consider coming back we loved it so did our son and daughter.THANKS For a great holiday.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms that were interconnecting as requested. Food was excellent.

Pool was not filled so couldn't be used - it was the first w/e in May though so not a problem. Both the rooms and dinner were a little expensive. Placed in a retail zone - we knew this and it was ideal for us, but others wanting a more rural position may not like this.

Convenient hotel with friendly staff. Liked the connecting rooms as we were travelling with my 90 year old mother.

We were not reminded about breakfast timings - we were late but the staff were very helpful and still served us. Thought the toilet paper was rather harsh!!!

Funcionários pouco simpáticos. É inadmissível, para um hotel 4 estrelas, não ter nada para comer, nem uma simples sandwiche, durante a noite. Também não percebo porque é que com 4 cartões Visa e Visa Electron diferentes, nenhum deles se apresentou válido no acto do pagamento. Hotel demasiado caro para uma qualidade geral baixa.

Chambres spacieuses, modernes, salle de douche moderne , Wifi , TV avec de nombreuses chaines. Parking cloturé, petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité
