The hotel was perminated with cigarette smoke, bedroom was supposed to be a non smoking,but had to leave window open as there were a strong smell of cigarette smoke, bathroom was sub standard,lower bath panel was rotted and dirty,toilet had seen better days. We would not stop at this establishment again. Must add that the staff was very helpful and pleasant.no problems there !!!

Good staff and motorcycle-parking in a monitored spot behind boom-gates.

This location is in the "dodgy end of town" and is noisy at night.

Difficulty in finding the car park and then the access to the hotel for disabled or elderly people who do not walk so well

The city of Rouen with it's history and the bars, but a bit pricey.

There are a number of buildings surrounding the hotel that were very dilapidated. It gave the impression that it would be a bit dodgy however, it was lovely inside and we were impressed.

as myself and my wife were on a motorcycle holiday we found the hotel a perfect stay over point before onward travel.

The bed was very confortable and the rooom was soundproofed well. Check in was very fast which was good as we were tired. I also liked the courtesy tray in the room.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Distance to the centre was not too far.

Booking was on the hotel system. Receptionist's all spoke good English, readily gave us a city street map and directions to the Centre. Room was clean and all promised facilties present - a little small but good enough for our overnight stay.

Description of location was a little misleading - it may be five minutes from the 'modern' city centre but a good 10/15 minutes from the old centre. I suspect though, we would still have opted for this hotel. The breakfast was not taken but compared to many other hotels in this category I found it a little above average charge.

Very convenient for city centre. Triple room was a good size (for two using it, and had air conditioning, which was good. Kettle in room a pleasant surprise.

Broken toilet seat hinge had not been fixed. Bathroom becoming a bit shabby in places but not terrible. No waste bin in room, only small one in bathroom, a minor irritation. Restaurant less than enticing though waitress very pleasant. Car park has very awkward ramps with exhaust scraping on them.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux, les personnes à l'accueil très serviables.

L'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel n'est pas réjouissant, entre le quai à grande circulation et un immeuble de 6 étages en ruines.... De plus, les couloirs sont en mauvais état : les peintures très dégradées, la moquette douteuse, des extincteurs sur le point de se décrocher du mur ... La taille de la chambre est surprenante: il faut se contorsionner, je ne plaisante pas, on ne peut pas accéder à la place du fond du lit en station debout, tant la console fixée au mur déborde sur le pied du lit.

pas grand chose si ce n'est le prix et encore...

la chambre par booking est petite...mal insonorisée, la fenêtre donne sur une voie rapide.La literie est mauvaise, le lit est un vrai bateau ! La propreté était limite : sanitaires moyens mais surtout l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé dans la chambre, moquette pleine de cheveux ! au petit-déj à 8H du matin, il n'y avait plus de choix en pains ! vraiment limite !
