The very helpful and efficient receptionist who was on duty during our check in.

The reception area of the hotel gives a very false indication of the hotel! We booked 2 rooms through Booking.com and asked, if possible, for the two rooms to be close to each other. Bearing in mind we booked these 2 rooms in February 2011, when we checked in we were told that the hotel was unable to offer us the 2 rooms close to each other - in fact they were on separate floors! Both rooms (1 twin, 1 double) were very compact, the furniture and decor old and shabby and both smelled like ashtrays! The beds were uncomfortable, in fact the double bed was completely unsurrported on one side so that I slept down hill!

The hotel was perminated with cigarette smoke, bedroom was supposed to be a non smoking,but had to leave window open as there were a strong smell of cigarette smoke, bathroom was sub standard,lower bath panel was rotted and dirty,toilet had seen better days. We would not stop at this establishment again. Must add that the staff was very helpful and pleasant.no problems there !!!

Very good staff in all areas particularly a young lady called Laura. Rooms very clean and the location was very central.

Breakfast was limited and the general area was very run down.

Room had some sort of electrical circuit in ceiloing which buzzed loudly every few minutes

The room wasn't clean and smelled real bad! The corridors of the hotel were musty. I would not reccomend this hotel.....

The bed was very confortable and the rooom was soundproofed well. Check in was very fast which was good as we were tired. I also liked the courtesy tray in the room.

Good price, located 10 min of walk from the city centre, very quiet rooms, good breakfast, fast wi-fi Internet connection in the rooms

Location was very good, as we wanted to show a friend the centre of Rouen and walking long distances can be a problem for us. Rooms good,(although the views to the rear of the hotel were particularly poor- see below), facilities good and restaurant provided an excellent meal.

The approach to the car park at the rear was very poor, derelict buildings, graffitti, etc. We nearly turned away and looked for another hotel, but as we only intended to stay for one night. If we had been expecting to stay longer we would have been very disillusioned! A pity because the hotel itself is very good.

Generally good food at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I found the room too hot on the first night. The second night I tried opening the window, which solved the temperature problem but meant too much noise from the street. For this reason I can only score comfort as 'fair'.

A differenza di tanti altri hotel situati in pieno centro, questo si trova a due passi in più dalle maggiori attrattive, ma c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura. Al di là del lungo Senna, poi, ci sono diversi ristoranti.

In questo periodo l'albergo e le strutture esterne sono in piena ristrutturazione e ci sono diversi cantieri aperti. Non è facilissimo raggiungerlo, in quanto al centro di una serie di svincoli e strade sovrapposte.

Accès au parking très difficile. De plus, nous avons subi les nuisances sonores extérieures trop persistantes (bruits des véhicules etc...) car la chambre est très mal insonorisée, de ce fait nous n'avons pratiquement pas dormi !
