I didn't have to pay. When I came back to the hotel after dinner, the door to my room didn't open. The manager found no appropriate cardkey. Finally I had to sleep in a different room while all my stuff was in the other one. Very bad experience! |

The family room was very comfortable and we liked very much the idea of giving priority to families with kids. Excelent idea. We asked in the lobby about how to get to city centre and the lady there told us very poor information just to get rid of us quickly. We had to ask people in the street. |

Location in the center of a beautiful city. Adjacent to the Cathedral and Museum. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, good breakfast. The difficulty in driving to the front entrance to drop luggage. |

Very good location, nice room, breakfast is basic but for that price (free) was very good. Very helpful and nice hotel personel. We had to change our room twice (we stayed there for one night). In the first room electrecity didn't work, the second one was smoking room. Finally we get very nice room. |

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Modern design with good facilities. Nice restaurant in the hotel. Interesting sites in this pretty city, are within walking distance. Parking is not on site, but is close enough (3min walk). Luckily we just had an overnight bag. |

L hotel est ouvert toute la nuit le personnel est trés agréable, le lit trés confortable et le petit déjeunner vaut le coup Le probléme c est quon était trois couples à avoir fait la méme réservation dans cet hotel et nos chambres étaient plus ou moins différentes, confortable et grande. |

Belle chambre bien isolée, grand écran plat. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel au petit soin. Le matelas était trop beaucoup trop mou à notre gout. |

confort de la chambre, internet gratuit, situation centrale à 100m de la gare-bon petit déjeuner(inclus) mais sale exigue quand il ya un groupoe d'excursionnistes Décoration "mode" mais bien sombre et triste-produits de courtoisie à minima-Portier de nuit désinvolte à 23h15 obligation de sonner et patienter pendant 15 minutes-personnel juvénile pas forcément au courant des installations de Metz(palais des congrès) |

les chambres sont toutes tres design et leur equipement morderne. Il y a un ecran plat dans chaque chambre ( attention que les chaînes soient bien réglées) et une connection wi fi aisée. Le restaurant est très agréable. Attention au nettoyage des chambres. A mon arrivée j'ai du être changé de chambre car celle précédement affectée n'avait pas eu un ménage complet. |

Wir sind mit dem Nachtzug angereist und waren deshalb schon um 6.30 Uhr im Hotel. Da Check-in erst um 13 Uhr ist, wollten wir nur unsere Koffer abstellen und dann losgehen, aber wir haben sofort ein Zimmer bekommen und konnten deshalb zuerst ein Schläfchen machen. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Frühstück war gut. Schön, dass das ganze Hotel rauchfrei ist. Kaltes (aber schönes modernes) Bad, da keine Heizung, und überhaupt keine Abstellfläche. Im Kleiderschrank nur 3 Bügel (wir baten um weitere, was notiert wurde, aber sie kamen nicht). Im Kleiderschrank war nur ein Brett (die anderen haben gefehlt). Ansonsten war nur der kleine Schreibtisch als Abstellfläche. Der Kleiderschrank war nicht sauber. Ich habe ihn selbst saubergemacht, damit wir wenigstens auspacken und alles auf dem einzigen Brett stapeln konnten. Schöner großer Fernsehapparat, aber wenn man keine französischen Sendungen sehen möchte, gibt es nur CNN. |

Rezeption freundlich und entgegenkommend; trotz zentraler Lage des Hotels ruhig; Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse üppig, aber schwankende Qualität (Mineralwasser nicht immer gekühlt, Milch trotz Wärmeplatte kalt, Selbstbedienung bei Entsafter unhygienisch) Zimmerservice nachlässig (Kopfkissenbezug nicht sauber, Pyjama auf Fußboden statt auf Bett gelegt, Badematte fehlte am 1. Tag) - Beschwerde erledigt; 1 Stuhl mehr im Zimmer wäre kein Luxus; Anfahrt mit Auto problematisch |

Die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Zwecke (Besuch, Stadt kennen lernen) gut, für Ruhesuchende nicht zu empfehlen - Hauptverkehrsstraße. Die Fenster sind - wegen der Lage - nicht zu öffnen. Das Zimmer wurde am zweiten Tag nicht aufgeräumt, die Ausstattung des Bades ist für französische Verhältnisse spartanisch - kein Bidet. Auch sonst eher unkomfortabel. Das Frühstücksbüffet anspruchslos. |
