The facility is a bit old and needs updating. The lack of an in room coffee machine was sorely felt. Being charged for internet use seems cheap and unworthy of a hotel of the hotel's stature.

Well located, good service, .

We had a room on the last floor, so the view was amazing. We could see horses on the beach every sunrise. It's a hotel of worship, so it's a must visit place. You can walk along galleries with stars' photos and wooden promenade on the beach which is not far from the hotel.

The hotel didn't live up to our expectations. All the furniture is rather shabby. The staff is awful for such a famous hotel: they regularly didn't bring paper and once came at 17 p. m. for cleaning. We had the impression that it's "death of the empire".

Perfect location, good personnel, nice suits. 2012 was 100 anniversary of the hotel, so this is the place with history, which is felt at each corner. Ability to take a bike for free for long time. I would recommend the hotel to all friends.

No wi-fi - this is the key criticism. High prices in a bar (the cafe/ restaurant on the beach, just 5 min walk, offers Moёt 15euro cheaper).

It should be more lively. especially at night.

Excellent Michelin starred restaurant with very friendly and professional staff, we didn't want to eat anywhere else!

My third stay so I must like it there. It is a strange hotel that in reality is in need of updating but at the same time if it was then it would spoil the thing that makes it the gem it is. I will return because in some macabre way I am happy to pay for not getting a/c in the room and paying 25 euros for a plate of lettuce leaves which was all I could get for room service at 11pm

the wardrobe doors need oiling. they made an unacceptable loud noise every time they were opened. room 645. any good housekeeper should have notified management about such noise

Beautiful decor, luxurious surroundings and fantastic location in Deauville. As it was a special occasion we were given an upgrade to a lovely room which was very much appreciated however there were problems with our stay....see below.

Had booked this hotel fo a very special occasion for my partners 50th Birthday. I had not booked an evening meal on the night of our stay as I presumed as we were staying in the hotel, that a table in the restaurant was a given! I approached the Conceirge twice - firstly to reserve a table in the Cote Royal Restaurant and was dismissed by the gentleman behind the counter and told that the restaurant was fully booked and would we like to book a fish restaurant somewhere else in the town - but spoken to in a manner unexpected in such a beautiful hotel. My partner was very, very upset at the lack of effort made to assist us and we were ushered away as if we were not important. This did in fact spoil our stay and I am going to write to complain about this directly to the Royal Barriere Hotel. Dogs barking in hotel room next door was not conducive to a brilliant stay either!

отель является культовым местом в городе: здесь вечером не найти в лобби места, тк местная аристократия приходит пообщаться, встретиться с друзьями. много номеров совмещенных- удобно, если останавливаешься с детьми. для франции- вполне приличный завтрак. есть рускоговорящий персонал, тк в отеле очень много русских.

слабовато ресторанное обслуживание: приносили не выбранное вино- меняли год, раскрошили пробку при открытии, долго ждали заказ, пригласить к себе официанта было затруднительно. персонал на входе отель слегка обнаглевший: стоят- обсуждают гостей, подшучивают и просто требуют чаевые даже за открытие двери((( на завтрак не смогли пойти на встречу и приготовить ребенку овсянную кашу, даже когда мы им предложили принести свои хлопья, если у них нет... но полностью оплатить завтрак на ребенка. просто категорически отказались... очень устаревшие в декоре номера: туалет и ванная комната разделены и находятся далеко друг от друга, старая сантехника, трубы проложены поверх мрамора- по-старинке, не удобные матрасы. почистить туфли замшевые стоит 50 евро. в целом отель тянет только на 4 звезды.

Понравилось местоположение, тишина, спокойствие.

Мебель старовата, можно бы кресла в номерах перетянуть, завтрак можно было бы разнообразить

Au 7eme les chambres sont pas top, dans les toits, il faut chaud, la chambre est petite ... bref 7eme a éviter !

O hotel é simplismente fantastico e está localizado numa praia maravilhosa, alem da cidade ser muito bonita.

Um hotel deste gabarito não tem serviço de Hi-fi nos apartamentos. A internet é a cabo e paga.
