excellent staff and service, lovely dining room and food. Lobby was very spacious and luxurious. Rooms were dirty, and in need of updating-torn slipcovers on sofas, dirt on walls, grout dirty. If the hotel rooms were renovated, I have no doubt that it would be a top rated property. |

old style naer to the beach seaside no aircondition, we book sea view room but they give us side sea view roomand i didnt exeptit so i take classic room (match chiper) its raely old hotel but it was the best in duvaille |

The hotel is looking old & worn the lift broke down the furniture is worn out we had dinner in the l,etrier (michelin star ) at best it was just ok two courses a bottle wine two drinks cost 337 euros The bar smelt of drains |

le personnel est à la hauteur de l'hôtel qui est magnifique, l'accueil est "royal" et l'implantation de l'établissement est parfaite. le seul petit point noir est qu'ils sont victimes du succès de leurs restaurant, il vaut mieux réserver avant d'arriver. |

J'ai apprécié le service et la qualité du personnel. Certains détails, notamment dans les chambres ne sont pas dignes d'un Hotel de ce rang. Un raffraichissement s'impose. La promiscuité et la lenteur des ascenceurs en est un exemple. |

Il s'agissait de notre troisième séjour dans un hôtel de la chaîne Royal Barrière. Cet hôtel est parfait. L'accueil est à la hauteur d'un palace. Le confort est au rendez-vous. Petite attention pour notre chien en lui apportant une gamelle avec de la nourriture. |
