It was central and convenient. I didn't like having to pay for sun loungers by the pool. I have never stayed at any hotel where I have been charged to use the pool. It is listed as a facility and I don't believe guests should be charged. |

I liked the charm inside the hotel, the friendly & polite staff, the location near the beach and town center. * staff knowledge was under expectations : always have to check when asked basic questions (ie number to call reception, concierge tips etc.). It seems that this seasonal staff started recently, still a bit clumsy like a spring roe deer! :) * another annoying aspect is the "nouveau riche" customers around who speak loudly and behave insitently... * mind unexpected extracosts (ie using the pool) |

The staff were courteous, the position of hotel excellent. The bath taps woulod not mix, so either v hot or v cold. The shower fitments were v.poor, the shower tray was cracked, the shaving mirror fitment was broken. Overall dreadful bath & shower. No tea making facilities. Service at lobby bar was v.slow. We chose the hotel because it had a dinner service, but restaurant was fully booked by a convention and no other available at hotel. |

Excellent and attentive staff; great concierge; decent equipment and materials; good location The in house health or fitness center has only limited size and equipment. Also, the perfume in the hallways was sometimes a bit overpowering. |
