Hotel Delarc  

Perfect location, just on the champs elysee, directly on Franklin Rosefelt Subway station, very helpful staff & nice decorated and just renewed.

Small rooms, small elevator & the breakfast is nothing, where it is better to take it at the nearby "Pomme de Pain" with variety of meals with less price.

The room that i stayed in was bigand comfortable,and the hotel staff was really nice and friendlly

The staff was excellent. Perfect location.

I loved the location. The room was an okay size for euro standards. It was quite as it was on the back side of the building. The bed was comfortable.

The bathtub was not properly cleaned. It had someone else's hair in it... Kind of a turn off, but otherwise it was okay...

Location is perfect and the staff is very nice. The Internet was covered in room and launge. It was very nice. Thanks for all.

Just steps from the Franklin D. Roosevelt metro stop on the #1 line, and right off the Champs Elysees around the corner from the Disney store. A perfect location for shopping, dining and travelling to all the Paris sights and neighborhoods on the metro. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful in arranging sight-seeing tours and theatre tickets. The lobby, breakfast spot and our room was updated and very clean. I would definately stay here again.

It can be noisy on weekend nights due to it's close location to night life.

Though the rooms were little bit small same as all paris hotels but We like it...

The hotel is situated in an ideal location.

The towels are used up and the hotel could do with replacing them. The hotel didn't have an iron and a board which is very dissapointing as most of the hotels nowadays provide this small service.

Dirty staircase. Shabby corridors. Poor breakfast selection.

The location was great, just a few paces from the Champs Elysees, and the price was good too

The breakfast service was poorly arranged. Having been told that it was served from 7am til 10am, we arrived at 8am to find no plates or water available (or even a tap) to fill the kettle, and the only person available to help was the receptionist, who didn't seem very bothered. The fact that it was self-service was not a problem, it was the lack of essential items and attention to these by a member of staff that was poor.

Location very close to our main destination in Paris, Champ-Elyssee.

The hotel just renovated, so the paint odor quite disturbing.

Accommodations were more like a work-in-progress than a finished htoel.

Hard to say I liked something

The rooms need urgent some investment. The bath room was way under minim standards.

Excellent location. Rooms #22 & #33 really 18 meters and the new one. We have changed 5 rooms it's was horrible all of them was old furnished and too small.

Stay may 2012. In these days was reconstruction works, in rooms smelled as paint, that is why we should sleep with open window. Lift didn't work.Floors didn't manage to be cleaned from construction garbage.

Convenient location

Rude reception staff. They do not accept Amex. If they did not accept Amex for payment they should not accept it for booking as well.

Location. The internet facility was free in the room. Not bad price comparing to the location.

Was not clean, found some bugs! There was a maintanance. Bad and small elevetor. Small room and bathroom. Breakfast was not included in the room servise. Bad location for the tv. Small bed, not enough for two persons. The telephone was not working.
