It is at only 5min walking from the Wolrd Trade Center congress center Poor English proficiency of personal staff: French people should definitively know that the business world speak in English not French. |

Excellent location and property neatly renovated. The breakfast offers a good selection and value for money. Street facing room was a bit noisy. No air-conditioning. No English channels on television. |

Location was good as was the breakfast, staff very friendly and helpfull. Room 18 was very dismal and their was a 30mm gap at the bottom of the shower which flooded the bedroom. |

It was different - check-in by phone, all services by phone (polite and responsive); close to nice tea shop for breakfast , and very nice restuarnt accross the street. Short , but uphill to main rail station - card for free use of public transportation and convient to great shopping. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and although there is no air conditioning, they did provide a small fan. It is in the center of Grenoble and close to a tram stop. |

The rooms were satisfactory, good service, good enough breakfast and very close to Grenoble Bus/train station. No air conditioning in the hot weather made it very uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep. |

It is very well positioned, by the side of Berlin's version of Champs Elysées (the Kurfürstendamm). You'll find a train station and a subway station in about 10 minutes of walk. Staff is English speaking and very nice. Very good value for the money you put. |

Very convenient. Short walk from the rail and bus station (5 mins) and also to attractions. Old town is 10 minutes walk. Bathroom was basic. |

Staff was very friendly and the location is excellent in central Grenoble, near to the train station and public transport. I did stay in a very hot season of the year and the hotel does not have air conditioning, which would have made my stay much more enjoyable; the room was very warm each evening and I did not sleep well because of this. |

Friendly and helpful staff, room and bathroom very clean, close to the center and the train station The night I stayed the temperature was high and the room was stifling. The room and bathroom were very small. Not recommended for long stays neither for overweighted people. |

The staff was friendly and we were within walking distance of the mountains and train station. The rooms were very close together and we could hear people locking and unlocking doors as they came and went, but we would let that hold us back from staying there again. |
