Location was in an excellent district not far from city center. Good morning breakfast. Staff very friendly and parking on the street was cheap. Boutique hotel was in excellent shape. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would not recommend this hotel to any one for this reason.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel is situated just on the edge of the old city center in a quiet sidestreet. The bathroom (at least in our room) is not ventilated, which makes the room a bit damp after taking a shower.

The hotel is comfortable and nice. The location is qlso very good. I recommend others to stay at this hotel. The only minus was that the toilet was apart from the bathroom which created few problems.

Our second stay there. Within convenient walking distance to town center. Room and bedding comfortable, pleasant and perfectly clean. Quiet street. Pleasant staff. Breakfast starts service at 6:30 which was perfect as we had to leave early.

Good breakfast, quiet, comfortable beds. Hotel was very clean. A bit hard to find, only Italian spoken, our room had a slanted ceiling in the bathroom and above the main bed. One could not stand up straight without bumping one's head when getting into or out of bed and when using the bathroom.

Room and bathroom in great condition - recently refurbished. Large room. great for a city break - but not a hotel you would wantto stay in on a rainy day for any length of time. We had a room with a frosted window which opened to an internal courtyard. There was a bit of noise but that might have just been our room. It is about 10-15 min walk to city centre.

First it is close to synagogues. It has mechanical room- key (not electronic). For jewish religiuos people it is very convinient. You can ask that on shabat they can left the lights on in the coridors to the room. The rooms are pleasant nice and clean , the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Lovely soft towels Nice room with balcony - excellent breakfasts.Easy to walk into the city. Parking a pain as street parking the only option on meters unless you go to a shopping centre a km away. Staff did offer to put new tickets on the car every few hours.

The staff is amazingly helpful! They go out of they're way to serve you. Even before our stay when we had trouble with our booking they were prompt to reply to our mails and cleared all our queries. All the rooms ac were centrally controlled by the receptionist. Our room ac would always be 20 degrees till we went to the receptionists who then configured it so that we could control it in the room. So just get that cheked if you think the ac is not cool enough.

Hotel Royal Lutetia is located in a quiet part of the district where all the magnificent buildings are lined. It is easily accessible from the train station by bus #10 'via Brant' at the 'Vosges-Obelin' stop; make sure to ride a bus opposite of the train station. Be careful, though, the bus runs once an hour after 21:00. If you dare to drag your luggage one floor up, ask for a room on 7th floor with a bright bathroom; the elevator runs up to 6th floor.

The room was very comfortable, with plenty of space. There was lots of choice for breakfast. The staff were freindly and helpful. The location wasn't great. The street was nice and quiet, but not much choice with regard to restaurants. Especially if you didn't want to walk into the city centre. We arrived on a Sunday and food was very hard to find.

The Hotel Lutetia is a really lovely, well appointed hotel. It felt much more elegant than a three star hotel. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very generous with a wide selection (it wasn't included in the price & was 9 euros per person). The hotel is an easy walk to the old town.

Great location. 10 minute walk to the city center/cathedral. Quiet city street. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Using the shower w/o getting water all over the floor is a real trick. We figured it out after the 2nd day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very smart and cleaned to a very high standard. My husband particularly liked that there was a bath as well as a shower. We also liked that we could take breakfast from 6.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. This meant we could both eat before an early flight back but could sleep in on other mornings. The location was only approx. 10 minutes walk to the city centre where the shops were excellent and central for sights such as the cathedral. Plenty to see and do on a city break. Being English we missed having tea / coffee making facilities in our room but we realise that this is usual on the continent.

“A perfect solution while visit Strasbourg and the wine rout. The hotel situated next to the highway exit, 3 minute walk from “Les Halls” mall & 15 Min. walk to the center of the old city.
