Hotel Royal Lutetia  

Great staff - friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable hotel.

The hotel is comfortable and nice. The location is qlso very good. I recommend others to stay at this hotel.

The only minus was that the toilet was apart from the bathroom which created few problems.

They have the best mattresses I slept on, beds are excellent.

A bit hard to find, only Italian spoken, our room had a slanted ceiling in the bathroom and above the main bed. One could not stand up straight without bumping one's head when getting into or out of bed and when using the bathroom.

Parking a pain as street parking the only option on meters unless you go to a shopping centre a km away. Staff did offer to put new tickets on the car every few hours.

The Hotel Lutetia is a really lovely, well appointed hotel. It felt much more elegant than a three star hotel. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very generous with a wide selection (it wasn't included in the price & was 9 euros per person). The hotel is an easy walk to the old town.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very smart and cleaned to a very high standard. My husband particularly liked that there was a bath as well as a shower. We also liked that we could take breakfast from 6.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. This meant we could both eat before an early flight back but could sleep in on other mornings. The location was only approx. 10 minutes walk to the city centre where the shops were excellent and central for sights such as the cathedral. Plenty to see and do on a city break.

Being English we missed having tea / coffee making facilities in our room but we realise that this is usual on the continent.

J'ai choisi le Royal Lutetia non seulement pour sa situation géographique mais aussi pour son prix et sa réputation. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Hôtel très bien situé, un peu en retrait du centre historique de Strasbourg mais tout de même très accessible en moins de 10 minutes de marche. Personnel courtois et avenant. Ambiance sympathique, on se sent dans une auberge, décor chaleureux, lieux très propres. J'y retournerais à coup sûr et le recommande assurément!

Pratique, propre, personnel accueillant, petit-déjeuner diversifié, prés du centre historique - 10 min à pied de la Cathedrale. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Pas de parking mais le we on trouve dans la rue -parking payant. La surface de la chambre environ 12 m2, 20 m2 c'est le total, avec le hall d'entrée. Assez serré en famille de trois avec bagages. Assez chèr mais correct en comparant les offres similaires.

Propreté, literie et calme

Sehr sauberes Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Zimmer im 6. og mit Balkon/Terrasse und Blick auf das Münster ! Werden wir gerne wieder buchen.

Personalmente ho trascorso delle ottime giornate, ma non sono pretenzioso - Staff molto cortese e disponibile (nessun problema x la lingua) - spazio camera ben vivibile - servizi buoni - colazione ottima - wifi perfetto - prezzo in linea e conveniente - nessuna variazione prezzo o altro rispetto booking.it - location ben vicina centro e mezzi pubblici (all'estero è un piacere usarli !)

Nessun problema particolare. Forse manca un parking d'appoggio vicino. Direi che solo l'ascensore è un po' piccolo, ma niente di che.
