It's quiete, spacious and clean. There is free internet and a lift. It takes you about 15 minutes to walk to the tourist attractions. The staff also replied my e-mail quickly. It's pretty far from the train station. It takes you about 10 minutes to get there by bus no. 10 but the bus only runs until about 9 at night. You got to get there by tram then and then walk for about 8 minutes. I think the cost of transportation should be part of your consideration. |

Good location (within walking distance to historical center), comfortable rooms, spacious enough for 3 people, nice and friendly staff. It would be helpful if they could arrange for some sort of sign on the intersection of the three streets where the hotel is practically located - it takes a bit of time to find it. But this is minor and certainly not critical. |

Hotel is well situated in a calm street and not far from the city center; Good price/value; hotel is clean ; friendly reception and personel. The lift makes noice, breakfast could be better (no fresh fruit, bad coffee out of a coffee machine) |

Fairly close proximity to city center (just a short walk to the tram), very clean room, the bathroom had modern facilities, and the staff were very professional and courteous. I thought I was getting a climatised room but it wasn't. However, that's my fault for not reading the room description more carefully. During the summer it got pretty hot inside the room a couple of nights. Otherwise, everything was great! Merci, Lutetia. |

je kon er op elk tijdstip in.Barfaciliteiten waren altijd mogelijk. de kamer lag aan de voorkant,daar was veel lawaai.Door de warmte moest de deur s'nachts openstaan.Eventueel een ventilator of airco. |

Personeel voorkomend en vriendelijk Men zou voor mij de treintijden (naa het vliegveld) uitzoeken en uitprinten, maar dit was op de dag van vertrek niet gebeurd. Op mijn kamer deden 4 lampen het niet waaronder die boven het bureau. Douche kon ik niet warm krijgen; bleef lauw water. |

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundflich, es war auch ziemlich leise im Hotel. Der Haartrockner war kaputt und die Betten wollten irgendwie nicht auf einem Platz bleiben, verrutschten immer hin und her. |
