It was clean & tidy but felt it was more suited towards the business side/traveller. In/close to industrial area, needed transport to nearest town/village for entertainment breakfast was between the hours of 6-10a.m. but every morning we went down at around 9.30a.m and had to ask for plates/bowls/cutlery for the buffet and juice was warm or not available.Staff more concerned with making up tables for lunch. |

dining room personel very rude .there was no air condition in dining room,asked for a seat outside but wasnt allowed although plenty of room-ended dining outside hotel.At breakfast no cups or DIshes on outside tables,asked waiter for help,but was asked to brIng utensils myself.WIFI PROBLEMS-very poor signs in rooms/hotel in a remote industrial place very difficult to find/ |

The staff were helpfull and pleasant, the room was comfortable and the food good except for the main course Beef which was over cooked and quite tough. |

Nice views from one side of the hotel Staff hardly speaks english. Room we were given was smoked in heavily by previous occupant. We received another, lower comfort, room but they refused any compensation |

Staff on the reception speaks English very poor. In their computer system there is not Serbia as a country so they put Bulgaria without asking us. |

J'ai apprécié la proximité de l'hôtel du lieu de travail où j'intervenais : Zone d'activités à 5 mn à pieds ! La wifi ne fonctionnait pas !! La "déco", et l'hôtel de façon générale, auraient besoin d'être rénovés ! |

C'est un hôtel spacieux, en dehors de la ville, mais malgré cela près du centre. Point fort c'est aimabilité du personnel. Trop de moquette, qui n'est pas en bon état. |

La mise à disposition d'un vrai lit enfant. La chambre spacieuse. Cet hôtel propose les services d'un trois étoiles mais les chambres auraient besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement!... La qualité des chambres devraient correspondre au tarif appliqué, ce qui n'est pas le cas! |
