it's Luxurious and beautiful hotel, designed by a famous interior designer. The jonior suit was excellent with an artistic yet homey feel. The lobby wasn't very inviting and the price was expensive but all the top hotels in Paris are.

The most incredible rooms, gym, set up I've ever experienced. And the staff were outstanding. The best service I've ever received Its very very expensive but that's obvious. It should be for what you get

Good location Where do I start. To be honest for a five star hotel in Paris, it was rubbish. We spent about 2300 Euros for three days. A two star would have provided better service and cleanliness.

The Hotel was very luxurious , but the Air Con didn't work and they failed to fix during our stay, so the room was extremely warm. If this problem would have been addressed, the stay would have been perfect, but it did spoil it. The servie in the Courtyard Restaurant was excellent and the concierge went out of ther way to get us some tickets for an exhibition. I just feel that the Manager could have domne more to resolve the Air Con problem. They put and Fan in the Room and this kept us awake , so we had to turn this off,

The service of the staff was outstanding. Always welcomed by name and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail was also superb both in the decor of the room, the presentation of the food and the attentiveness of the staff It was very expensive. 50 euros for a Coke and Drink in the bar. 10 euros for coffee and soft drinks.

I had very bad experiences with Parisian hotels when I travelled as a student freshly out of school. Avoided visiting Paris, consequently for the next 20 years. Stayed at the Raffles this time and it changed my perspective of Paris totally. The service levels were excellent, the decor at the Raffles was fantastic ; Not the usual "Laura Asheleyish" decor that Raffles is usually known for but the very tasteful Phillipe Starcke whimsical touch. Great Hotel I must say. Will stay there again. The w.c is separate from the bathroom and for those who are accustomed to B.O and bathe, that might prove a little tricky.

the staff was very welcoming and the room decoration was very nice. we loved the dimensions of the bed and the bedding..having a drink in the lounge looking at the garden was also very relaxing.. our stay in your hotel was very short, so we couldn't enjoy the other facilities..

La gentillesse et l intelligence des serveuses , qui , pour une fois non pas l 'air de tops models anorexiques et méprisants comme dans les restaurants des Costes. La déco Starck bien sur . Sauf les chambres , un peu décevantes.Sinon , le design est magnifique . La configuration de la chambre . Les miroirs partout dans la salle de bain . Le manque d éclairage (pour lire)dans le lobbie .j 'ai demandé une bouilloire dans ma chambre et ne l 'ai jamais eu . Au restaurant de sushis , le serveur ignorait que l on aurait 6 pièces par sushis .Nous avons donc doublé toute la commande (nous étions deux) et nous sommes retrouvés avec une quantité énorme de sushis pour 2! Au petit déjeuner mon ami a pris 1 café et une assiette de fruits rouges.On m 'a facturé un petite déjeuner buffet sans distinction.

Le concept, la gentillesse du personnel, le spa, certainement la piscine la plus vaste pour un spa à Paris, le geste du gâteau car c'était l'anniversaire de mon compagnon La couverture su soir qui est un vrai ménage et pas seulement l'ouverture du lit et la fermeture des volets, cela permet par exemple de toujours avoir un peignoir sec en chambre même si on est allé au SPA Les travaux qui ont gêné notre repos (malgré les excuses), et le fait que le restaurant italien réputé soit fermé le dimanche soir et lundi soir, ensuite ne pas avoir une bouilloire pour faire du thé ou de la tisane , il faut toujours demandé le room service dommage

La décoration des parties communes et des chambres est à la fois moderne et pas agressive. La suite dont nous avons disposé était réellement grande et très confortable. Le personnel fait tous les efforts possibles pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Il est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de l'Etoile. Un spa très bien aménagé et décoré avec un personnel très attentif. Une très belle piscine. Une odeur de canalisations dans la douche. Un mail envoyé après notre départ qui nous débitait de notre carte de crédit des consommations de mini-bar oubliées dans la facturation au départ de l'hôtel pour un très faible montant global certes, mais l'une d'elles n'ayant pas été consommée, et, surtout, ce débit ex post nous a semblé indigne d'un tel établissement, de la facture que nous y avons réglée et compte tenu de notre bonne foi... Nous avons regretté que leur restaurant gastronomique italien soit fermé le soir où nous y étions, nous amenant à nous rabattre sur leur restaurant français La Cuisine où un chef japonais officiait à ce moment là : tout le monde n'apprécie pas la cuisine japonaise.
