The lift is so tiny and claustrophobic
location good room standard quick check-out
the staff were very pleasant helpful and considerate. Room although small was adequate for a short stay. Convenient for most sites by walking.
Bathroom Small Breakfast not great but plenty of places to eat.
The staff were excellent. Multilingual and very helpful. The location was central and easy to get to and from. The room was clean but basic.
The lift was as big as a small wardrobe and quite scary and claustrophobic. The front door is locked at night so you can't get in or out between certain times. The street is extremely noisy with bins and bottle banks being wheeled around and emptied at early as 5am so we were woken up.
Location was amazing, very easy to get to the main town, Rooms were clean, Staff very friendly and helpful!!
No air conditioning... Found it had to sleep as it was so hot!
Nice small hotel, good location, good staff.
Small elevator, poor wifi in the room but it was fine down stairs.
Location Price Metro half a block away Quiet Fairly clean
A bit small, even for a Paris hotel room Tiny elevator
size of the room, no air-conditioner
The receptionist did rearrange for us to have the room we booked very efficiently. The smallest lift in the world was quite novel!
We booked a twin room and got put in a double first off. The 2nd room we were given hadn't been made up. Seemed pretty overpriced really even though it was in a very central area.
Location is good.
There was almost nothing to eat for breakfast, and I don't eat much. Lady was cleaning while we were eating. We had a problem with connection to wifi in the room.
The only good stuff is the location!
Really poor breakfast. Tiny room and microscopic bathroom. Absolutely bad value for money! It could be at most a 2* hotel!
Rooms were stuffy. Could benefit from fans
Staff, free wifi for 72 hours and cleanliness of the facility
Room size not suitable for more than one occupant and very basic breakfast.
Location, of course Nice staff Cleanliness The science of making good enough for a hotel such an inappopriate building
Tight spaces in the room, stairs and elevator Ugly and tight clothes closet Hard and unconfortable bed
The location is fantastic....just a minute or two from Opera and the "Grande Magasines" are a minute or so further. Huge choice of restaurants and well connected for all sights by bus, Metro or RER. Room was small but typical of this type of budget hotel. I would certainly stay again.
Bathroom was tiny....had to squeeze under the sink to sit on the WC. Lift also only accommodates one person + one case. Neither of these things really spoiled the stay.....just slight irritants. Breakfast is limited and you can probably do better on the 12 euros in one of the many street cafes around.
Staff was excelent warm Friendy rooms somewhat small for price staff knowledgeable. GreAt location
Somewhat pricey to similar hotels
The location was very close to the big department stores.
I was staying at the fifth floor and the wi-fi was unfortunately not working most of the times. The breakfast was very poor.
to small and slowelevator
Location, location, location. Clenliness in general ok. And respect for the one who engineered the elevator! State of the art to fit it to its place. Small yes, but still an elevator!
Some dust in the room, but nothing that bad. Wifi connection did not work all the time in the room (6th floor).
The hotel staff was verry friendly and they help you what they can't.
Breakfast was poor. But I must say even when early in the morning before the breakfast was open, the staff provide you with a coffee or orange jus. (When you ask)
Location, attention from the staff
Uncomfortable pillows, blanket and shelf
Location of enjoyable and exciting area, and nice access to go popular sightseeing places in Paris. Reasonable price.
Staying at room itself is not so comfortable because of narrowness and less natural light (Room at opposite side of street )
Ideal position for getting around on foot and simple to get to whether arriving by train or air. Helpful staff. Fairly quiet street.
the lift was so small you cant even fit four people in to it
Lift was tiny, room was shabby, poor lighting and did not smell particularly nice
