Nice apartment, fantastic crew

Good sized apartment with good furniture. Location is within 10 mins walk of metro. Staff were very helpful

Hot water went cold after a few uses, have to wait for water tank to heat up as each apartment has its own water heating system

Furniture in some rooms need updating.

Staff were very nice, location was good as it was not too far from central Paris, there was safe secure car parking available, lovely patisseries close by and located in a nice quite area. Great place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

The staff is very professional yet friendly and attentive. The facility is clean and pleasant. Location is very good, away from the noise but easy to get to central Paris and sight seeing.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The apartment was cozy, luxurious, need and felt like home! I didn't expect such a clean/ well taken care off and well equipped 6 persons apartment for only 75 euro's a night. Free parking space for the car underneath the hotel. A Velib bike station 5 min walk from the apartment and a metro/bus station 5 min bike ride/ 15 min walk from the apartment.

Close to stores and city transportation.

Outstanding staff, very helpful and always kind and pro-active. I stayed there with my family (2 adults + 2 kids) and a miniflat has been assigned us: two rooms + a small well-furnished kitchen (full of appliances Bosch and kitchenware Villeroy & Boch) + bathroom + wc + a small private garden with chairs. Free car parking at level -1. In an excellent position if you want to visit Vincennes Castle or if you want to take the tube to Paris. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

Moquette is old and it has to be renewed. Electrical heating is undersized, considering the large space of the miniflat.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a city break and found the hotel prefect. The location was near a supermarket, late night store and a short walk to the Metro. The customer service was great! Efficient, friendly and always on hand to help.

Friendly staff. Speak English very well. Very welcoming. Room spacious. We rented a one bedroom apartment which has a double bed and a sofa for family with 2 children.

Large accommodations, good location and easy access to public transportation

Outdated, bathroom plumbing had foul smell. We stayed in a one bedroom for a week and a 2 bedroom for one night. I strongly believe the 2 bedroom should not be rented out in its current condition. The bathroom is full of mold and mildew. There is a lot if water damage in the adjacent bedroom which also has a lot of black mold on the wall and carpeting. This is very unhealthy

Location is great. Close to transportation as well as who's and restaurants.

Needs an update. Could make guests more comfortable in the meanwhile by replacing small appliances (e.g. Coffee maker) and towels. Also, need to provide ice.

friendly personel, very comfortable rooms

This is an excellent deal when visiting Paris. The bus is a block away and the metro gets you to the center of Paris is less than 20 minutes. The apartment is small (European style) but very clean and comfortable. The maid service is excellent, as is the front staff. This was our second stay at the Royal Regency and we have enjoyed both visit. We extended our stay with another week using points with Diamond Resorts.

The Royal Regency looked nice from the outside, lovely reception & very friendly member of staff who helped us. The room itself was very spacious, consisting of a lounge area, kitchen with microwave/oven/coffee machine/kettle/ fridge/freezer, bathroom with a lovely big bath, fresh towels & toiletries, seperate wc, one large bedroom with 2 single beds & one large bedroom with a queensize bed. lots of wardrobes & storage & safe. Very comfortable overnight stay, could have stayed there for a week easily. Underground parking was brilliant,

The only thing I didn't really like was the carpet was quite dirty, my 8 month old was crawling around & got very dirty hands & feet. Everything else was very clean & it meant all four children had a good excuse to jump in the bath.

We are already familiar with Royal Regency and find it an ideal 'pad' for visiting Paris, as it is conveniently situated on the Metro Line No. I into the City. Our studio accommodation was very comfortable, it had basic cooking facilities with supermarkets and bakeries to hand and the staff were as welcoming as ever and very helpful during our stay. The price seemed cheaper than in the City centre! We will stay again no doubt!

The Microcombi oven took some figuring out, but we managed it eventually, otherwise the staff would have helped! Everything else great!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect as the metro was such a great source of transport. No hassles getting to beautiful Paris. Would stay there again no worries. Pity they have no availability on our return.

Very slow internet in our room.

I liked the location, close enough to walk to the Metro (easy 20 minute walk) - yet quiet with parking available. Close to markets and excellent bakery. Staff was helpful and welcoming. We rented a studio, which was just the right size for an overnight stay. The bathroom was large with a tub. So glad to have a kitchenette and coffee/tea supplies. Very comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our stop at Royal Regency very much. Overall it was very good; the only comment I have is: the molding on the tub needs just a bit of attention. A little caulk will do the trick.

The hotel is in a very pretty suburb of Paris. You can catch a bus outside hotel past Resturant on the corner on the left for just 1.50 to the metro station which takes you directly into central Paris or it's a 15 walk. Hotel was clean friendly and spacious and we would use it again. The kitchen area has fridge,kettle,hob and dishwasher fab if you want to eat in.

Great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking and good neighbourhood. Close enough to the nearest metro about 20 min walk. Will definately go there again :o)

I loved the location! A bit far from the metro but parking is free.

The staff was a bit snobby...One in particular.

The size of the rooms. Having a separate bedroom and living area made the room seem very comfortable. I appreciated the kitchen which made the vacation less costly. The staff placed water in our refrigerator and noticed we were almost out of paper towels which they provided, thus saving me a trip to the grocer.

wir waren richtig überrascht. da war so viel platz. Küche ,Wohnzimmer 3schlafzimmer 2badezimmer und das wichtigste für uns ALLES WAHR SAUBER!!!, die Leute waren super nett und hilfsbereit. wir kommen bestimmt wieder.!!! wir haben schon weiter empfohlen.
