An excellent place to stay which did not disappoint in any single issue!

trying to charge extras at dinner eg on top of menu would you like a taste of ham,later taste of cheese and at the end another extra drink,felt pressure to say yes during dinner all time.only had dinner once because of this.

The whole Hotel was an experience. The staff couldn't do enough. They were courteous & efficient . The hotel was clean , tidy & very relaxing Food was fantastic. Fresh, well prepared. The breakfast was buffet style with a wide selection of foods. A real delight

My husband has been visiting the RR for 20 years. An amazing hotel, in a stunning location with fantastic service.

The staff at the Hotel were the best I've ever experienced and I've travelled a lot. My Parents thought the same. Across the board they were exceptional and a credit to the Hotel.

The Foyer and Front Desk/Reception area needs a bit of an update for a 5 star hotel.

Location and breakfast (however 35 EUR per person)

Staff was negligent My card was charged twice - had to call and settle it over the telephone

Location was good. Staff were excellent. Hotel was very well appointed - quite luxurious.

The heated pool, the bar and the bar tender who was really nice and very helpful, the design of the lobby, the garden and the location.

My room was a bit too small, but this was compensated by a quite large bathroom which even had a window.

The setting, th e views, the pool area, the service.

Spa area rather samll and cramped - suna and steam rooms like a samll cupboard.

Luxury hotel magnificently located at the sea side with private beach and fantastic swimming pool, free wifi all over the hotel and free entrance to spa & welness center. Hotel personnel is extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and offer all comfort needed. I was even offered free tickets for Lady Gaga's concert in Nice by the hotel manager. Super service!! A true ***** hotel!

Although breakfast is served on a idyllic terrace with view over the ocean, I believe quality is not 100%. The croissants were moderate according to French standards, orange juice and overal fruit was fresh but some chemical stuff was added to keep freshness which is unnecessary if served daily and it just tastes bad, coffee was ok but not more than that. The railroad crosses just behind the hotel. Some people might find this annoying if booked a room at the back of the hotel (as opposed to ocean front rooms which of course are much more expensive).

Location is amazing with sea swept views. Very friendly staff who remember your name from the concierge to front desk to valet. Rooms are immaculate and views facing water and garden/pool area are amazing

The hotel was very nice, quiet and in a great location. The facilities were good, the staff were mostly friendly especially the man who ran the bar/tea area.

The odd member of the staff came across as a little bit pompous and I know it's a 5 star hotel but the price of a bottle of wine in the restaurant was ridiculous

Firstly, I wanted to thank the entire hotel staff for all the efforts during my stay. Due to the services offered during my first day, I had added 3 other nights as the hotel staff was a "true" five star hotel personel. However, the rest is without any doubt a lovely place to stay, swimming pool, food and many other things are totally impressive.

Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal zuvorkommend und liest einem die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Das Frühstück ein einziger Traum, die Küchenleistung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.
