Excellent site Too narrow space in breakfast room, flooring in rooms should be wooden, not carpets |

Cleanliness of the room, breakfast - in spite of the minimal alocated space...,location of the hotel 1.Room with a view to the interior yard ( in spite of preliminary special demand for room with street view and in spite of payment inadvance!) 2.Dimensions of the room and the case - we were 2 persons! |

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the Latin quarter with a comfortable and quiet room Very slow water flow for the bath ,breakfast room rather small and cramped .On a holiday break it is nice to have a slow breakfast but in this hotel it was a case of eating up and leaving quickly ,no shortage of nice cafes nearby so would suggest having breakfast somewhere else |

We chose this hotel because of it's central location for walking and transit. We recognize that most hotels in Paris have limited facilities and small rooms by N.A. standards but were seeking a hotel with at least 3-4 stars which from our past visits this hotel qualifies. The only criticism we have - a very minor one- is that one individual could have been more pleasant than he was (my wife speaks fluant french,so it was'nt a language problem). |

I Book a room with large bed in this 4 stars but I just got a normal one. The ad was showing a bath in the bathroom but no bath just a shower. No water warmer in the room to prepare tea and cofee. The equipments are not as per the presentation. This is not fair at all. |

Location, staff is very kind. I had a tiny quiet room... I said before leaving that I was dissapointed as the last time I was there it was great and this time not really good: I was in a non smoking floor and it was smelling day and night, I was never really sure if the laundry was clean as it was not really white! The cover of the bed was really not clean. There was new staff in the breakfast room and service was not top. It is a 4 star hotel and I dont want to think that is tis only for the magnificient location... |

Location and staff It was the smallest room ever. I mean for the amount of money that I have spent I thought I would have a much bigger room. And it was not a 4 stars hotel. I mean who in earth gave this hotel a 4 star category and why?!!!! |

Slap bang in the Left Bank district with all the restaurants/clubs and bars to enjoy after a day of sight seeing!!! The St Michel Metro station is on the door step, whilst the Ile de Cite is a stone's throw away. Excellent location +++ |

the location is good, a lot of restaurants in the area, public paking is near no lobby in the hotel, one room without windows of 15 m2 is declared as lobby. In a 4star hotel I expect a lobby, where I can make some business meetings and can drink a coffee. Room for breakfast was also maximum 20 m2, people had to stand in cew till tables were available. only one lady serving, in a room where 2 persons have difficulty to stand and walk. The service persons were , because of stress, very unfriendly. breakfast buffet was weak, most of the time not even a croissant, typical for france, available. The lobby, the breakfast area are never in standarts of a 4 star hotel. I booked a three bed room, not a double room with additional bed. No space in the room to move, to sit. Not 4star standarts. |

We enjoyed the breakfast (both the quality as well as the fact that one can have it until 11am). We also enjoyed its location and its true Parisian flair. For a city trip to Paris, a very good option. The double beds are too small - this is mainly a French problem. However, we booked the room because it was supposed to have a big double bed - the big was not big at all, it was rather a small (comfortable, though much smaller than expected) double bed of 1.40m. |
