Location was superb and we had a spacious room overlooking the street and the river. Staff very friendly and the double glazing on the windows made the hotel very quiet.

The elevator was tiny, but typical for European hotels. Use the stairs ... it is good exercise!!

in-room wired internet did not work and i couldnt get the staff to care about or fix it

Central location; allowed a very late check-out (7pm!) for only 50 euros

Room was too warm even with airconditioning; booked room with king
size bed but it was only queen size; tiny elevator; grumpy service
at breakfast

Excellent location, cleaningness of room, friendly staff.

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel entrance and the taxis cannot stop to leave the luggage. The elevator is claustrophobic.There is barely room for one person.

Excellent location...near train from CDG, Metro, train to Versailles, Batous boat

In general the service was very good but I was a bit taken back when I received a lecture from the hotel staff when I requested additional shampoo about how my small bottle should have lasted me for a week
