Świetny lokalizacja. Wzorcowa czystość na terenie hotelu w tym w pokojach. Nieprzyjazny personel (poza obsługą pokoji). Nie czuliśmy się gośćmi. Niesympatyczna i niezyczliwa obsługa śniadań.Podczas naszego pobytu starszą anielską Panią zastąpił cyborg bez uśmiechu i z demonstrowanym niezadowoleniem na wyrażane jakiekolwiek prośby (np o ciepłe jajka na miękko) Brak na śniadaniu ciemnego chleba. |

Bliskość starego miasta i bardzo dogodna komunikacja w tym również do Wersalu naciągactwo jednej osoby w recepcji a konkretnie udzielenie nam informacji ze dojazd do Wersalu możliwy jest tylko po wykupieniem u niego wycieczki .Dojechaliśmy sami kolejką za 30 min. |

We enjoyed the location as it was close enough to walk to the highlights of Paris. The room was comfortable and clean, with a modern bathroom. The breakfast featured all the extras to make it a full breadfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, a great holiday residence. There was nothing we did not like. |

The location to the metro, RER, shopping and restaurants was great. Breakfast at the hotel was great. Was told there would be a free welcome cocktail and coffee and tea maker in room and there were none of these things. |

This hotel has an excellent location, in front of the St Michel metro station and 5 min walk to Notre Dame cathedral. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were really comfortable, great linens and towels. Breakfast had good selection of food. I got a special rate so it was a good deal in all aspects. Breakfast room is really small, but well attended. Elevator is only for 1 person if you have your luggage with you. |

The location is fantastic. Reception staff was friendly and helpfull. Room was quite. Sufficient closet space. What we really did not like was the waitress during our breakfast. She was rude, did not listen to us and did nor bring us what we asked for. Our experience was so bad that we decided not to have breakfast in the hotel for the remainder of our stay. We preferred to have breakfast outside of the hotel, despite the additional costs. As with all Parisian hotels, everything is small. |

Hotel was centrally located to most sight seeing spots plus a train station on the RER line was outside the door. Staff was very friendly and lots of options for dining on the doorstep. Connecting room worked great for the family. Breakfast room was quite small but to be expected at a city type hotel. |

The hotel was convenient to major Paris sites by walking or using the RER/Metro. The room was quiet even though it is a very busy area. Many restaurants nearby Not hotel related: Beware of thieves on the RER/Metro trains using distraction as a means of pickpocketing. I witnessed one at 8:30am on the RER B line. |

The location of the hotel is very central in the lively Quartier Latin. The staff is very attentive and the hotel is very clean. A small oasis in the middle of the busting city. The elevator is very small, there is basically not enough space. |

the location was good and the rooms clean and conveninet; we had a great vie on the street dancers in front of the fountain which amuses our teenaged childern. The breakfast room is clearly too small. The hotel staff could be more firendly. |

Room and ensuite bathroom were stylish and modern and spotlessly clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable - lovely white linen and towels. Continental buffet breakfast was absolutely fabulous - excellent food and lots of choice. Staff helpful and pleasant. High quality 4 stars. Breakfast room too small - tables small, too close together and not enough for number of guests. Breakfast was busy and chaotic with people waiting for seats and no space to move around and get to buffet. No real lounge area to sit in just small dark space at back. Photos were misleading with regard to size of rooms and public areas in hotel. Excellent central location next to metro. |
