Healthy and tasty cuisine, indoor or outdoor, flavoursome seafood or low-calorie diet, the Royal-Thalasso Barrière caters for all.

The bar, Le Marie Louise, proposes a variety of piano concerts, and it is open all year round (except in January) from 11:00 to 23:00.

Le Jardin du Royal serves delicious buffets, mixed grills and roasts in the hotel’s park in July and August. It is open from 12:30 to 14:00.

The restaurant, Le Ponton, offers delicious seafood right on the seafront. It is open all year round (except in January) from 12:30 to 14:30 and 19:30 to 22:30.

With 29 tennis courts including 24 clay courts just 3 minutes from the beach, the Tennis Country Club Barrière is one of the most charming tennis clubs of France.

The Golf International Barrière La Baule is a splendid golf course on the edge of the Brière Regional Natural Park. (3 courses - 45 holes).

Regular 12 km-long hikes are organised around the coast or the hinterland. You can discover and explore sites like La Turballe, Bréca, Quimiac, La Chapelle des Marais and lots more.
