Staff was friendly, always helped us. Free WiFi. Free hair dryer. Conditioner in room. Every day fresh towels. Confortable bed. Everything was great!
Small(really) bin for garbage.
The air conditioning was great The staff were incredibly nice Small desk in the room Fairly close to a Metro stop and a RER stop Great neighborhood We stayed for a week and loved the neighborhood. There are many lovely restaurants just a short walk away. Also, the nearby laundromats are easy to use and very clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. However, if you have a particular aversion to small bathrooms this is probably not the place for you--though you would do well to remember that in Paris space is very much a luxury.
The bathroom was quite small Nowhere to hang bath towels in the bathroom
Nice hotel and very nice staff
Nothing to not like
Very nice hotel. Better than other 3 or 4 stars we have been. Staff is polite and helpful. Everything was ok and clean. The better the localitation / price. No doubt that we will repeat
Breakfast hasn't much variety. Shower was very small, but we don't care.
little bite far only one equipment can use WIFI
Hotel very well located, close to the train station and restaurants. Excellent attendance. Clean rooms and bathroom. Situated in a quiet, peaceful place to sleep and rest. Recommend to all.
Good access to metro and far enough away from centre hustle and bustle. Reception 24 hours. bilingual staff. Fast wifi and free air con
Small lift which barely fits 2 people at a push. Rooms sit next to lift, even though we didn't hear much noise.
Clean and tidy
No fridge in the room - was so hot in Paris we would have loved to keep some cold drinks in our room instead of always having to buy one from downstairs.
The staff at this hotel could not have done more to help during my stay. Every request was catered for and managed with a smile. The courtesy was lovely, particularly when there are other far more expensive hotels nearby with staff that have rotten attitudes. I'll be staying at Royal Wagram again for sheer value for money as well as the very generous and amicable nature of the staff (at all hours of the day and night).
This was an acceptable budget hotel. Felt like we were in a safe neighborhood.
Our blinds fell down in the middle of the night, some members of the staff weren't very friendly, and the rooms weren't super new or super clean.
Staff very friendly location nice breakfast modern rooms
Rooms were small but good enough to sleep. AC worked really good and staff was super nice. Always helpful and available.
Bathrooms.. super small and inconvenient.
We stayed there for 6 nights and found the hotel to be comfortable. The hotel was clean and the Wifi was good. It's in a relatively quiet location. The train is a short walk away. Nice restaurants and bakeries nearby.
The rooms are very small, especially the bathroom but you get what you pay for so it's not a complaint, just a note for other travelers.
We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff is very nice and cooperative. Though our checkin time was 2:00 pm, as we had reached the hotel by 11:00 the staff provides us our room and allowed us to checkin early. Has good access to local attractions.
I liked that the hotel accommodated to our very short stay, with a comfy clean bed and a shower! It's a perfect location too as we easily took a walk to see the arc de triumph and the Eiffel Tower!
Nothing I didn't like, but if I had to say something, maybe the hotel owners should check the aircons because they made loud noises during the night. But other than that I am a happy customer!
I had a good double room to myself for little more than the price of a bed in a 6 bed dorm room at a backpackers. Air con was excellent. Room was clean. Staff were efficient. It wasn't bad to get to using the metro either so no big deal getting into the city.
This wasn't a big deal and for the price it's not even worth mentioning but some of the wallpaper on the walls had come away and the shower did splash everywhere in the bathroom because there was no curtain or anything. Not a problem with anything though.
A clean, quiet hotel with excellent staff for whom nothing was too much trouble.
Walking distance (30 min) from Montmartr, Port Maillot (bus to Bouvais Airport), Arc du Triumpth. Near RER C/Metro connection to Versailles. Hotel staff speak English and is helpful. Daily housekeeping. Clean and comfortable beds.
Elevator was too small and it is hard to use when travelling with suitcases.
The hotel is easily accessible by Bus. Major attractions like the Arc du Triomphe is just few stops away. The hotel staff at very helpful esp the gentleman at the reception is very knowledgable about what suits a tourist best!! For the cost of the room the experience was good especially in an expensive city like Paris!
Breakfast was very basic. More variety would be nice.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was quite good. Lots of good places to eat close by.
The shower was tiny! Couldn't even bend down to wash my feet!
The staff was so nice.
I wish the wifi was stronger, but it was still okay. It just cut out a bit here and there.
very calm place
The staff was nice and helpful enough I guess
The room wasn't too clean. There was no hairdryer as mentioned in the room description. None of the sockets worked. And the location is absolutely terrible- that it's close to a station is a lie. The nearest metro was at least a 15 to 20 min walk away.
Good staff, very clean with several metros around to choose from to get you to the tourist spots. The area felt like real Paris not a tourist zone.
Pretty poor internet, not so close to the center of Paris which some people may not like. The bathroom was clean but small.
The young front desk guy who did the night shift was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay but it was a tiny area and food picked over at times.
The shower was too small and toilet right up against the wall. Ten minutes to subway and a little far from main area.
