We liked nothing about our stay at the Royal Fromentin and we left 4 days early. This is not a family hotel as we were kept awake each night by the street drunks and prostitutes screaming all night long. Carpets in our room were dirty. Calm, friendly and cozy. Well-positioned close to Montmartre, but ..... Sorrounded by numerous sex shops, not exactly suitable for children. Very difficult to find parking nearby. This taken into account, all in all a bit too expensive. |

The receptionist at the desk was very accomodating to help the customers out. I had to leave earlier in the morning to check out to gp home. He gave me early breakfast so I did not starve in order to take a flight home. Also I lost all money and a credit card by a pickpocketer in the Metro. He helped me to survive one more day before I leave the country, Paris, France. For the price I had paid, I had enough service. |

Thomas, Thomas, Thomas - made a whole lot of difference with regard to our stay. Made sure we got the room we booked although the Hotel was packed fully. Was available at all times for all the questions, suggestions or coordinates. Most Professional. |

Convenient location for Sacre Coeur/Montmartre. Close to Blanche metro station. Breakfast in the fireplace! Multi-channel TV in room included BBC World. Our room was also very large and recently decorated. Double bed had a bit of a dip in the middle, rumble from Metro line 2 every minute or two (not loud enough to cause sleeping problems). No coffee or tea-making facilities in room. The location was seedier than I had expected (XXX-rated DVD store on corner of street). |

The breakfast is really french (small but tasty). The reception is very freindly and helpful. The lift is very small even for 2 persons but if you're in the early dating then it's a recommend to use the lift to your room. At night you can hear a lot of noise (some from crazy drunk people) but I have no problem with that. (I'm on the vacation.. right?? |

Thomas and Jacques at the front desk were so helpful, the others not so much. The breakfast was awesome. Location to the metro and the tourist bureau at Gare de Nore. The room was clean, however the pillows smelled like smoke and I came home with an upper respiratory infection from it. I felt the price was too high for the difficulties of the area: drinking and partying and screaming on both sides of the hotel until 4-5 a.m. |
