Style, place, staff, comfort
Comfortable beds. Breakfast avalabilty
The bathroom had no ventilation, during showering
Shower area is horrible. very small.
The location was good, ambiance was fancy. Friendly staff.
We had to wait until 4pm to check in, the staff kept saying 10 more minutes, in the end we waited for more than an hour. Since the hotel is a bit old, there isn't good noise isolation. The walls were as good as paper, we could hear people from the neighboring room talking. The hotel is located close to the underground metro tracks, every couple of minutes you could feel the vibrations of the passing metro.
The lift was the only thing i liked
Noise and breakfast was very poor for the money you only had a French menu not English as will
Free upgrade Friendly staff
The building, staff, rooms, stairs
Small elevator, however, it looks like an historical piece, so, i wouldn't change it
Great location if going to see the moulin rouge, and surrounding area, Tube station around the corner.
The staff is so polite to every guest, and the hotel itself is such a good place for couples for staying a quiet night in Paris.
The breakfast arrangement needs to be more precise - our room number was being casually used by others (in hope of getting free breakfast!) We almost got charged 20Euros for something we didn't take.
Room a good size and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant interior.
Poor wifi signal on sixth floor
Location in between two metro stations. Fair price. Friendly and english-speaking staff
Located in a Red light part of the city. Not too shocking, and nothing like the red light in Amsterdam. But if your kids get affended by seeing sex-shops, etc. this is not the place for you.
nothing but wasting your money
-room service steals my wife stuffs -room service went twice to room although we put(don`t disturb) -they give us room not in the pic,not the room we pay for it(double instead of single) -they said in phone will make early check in but when we come they refuse, take one more night money for just few hours. -very bad attitude of receptionist. -very bad bathroom -bathroom door makes all in the room wake up from sounde -hotel beside sex shop, not for family -bad odour of rooms - in my life worst experience ever
Mo martyr region. Hotel is near to Metro. Reach breakfast. Friendly personal Cleaning every day.
The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They helped with my luggage as I am a single mother who travelled with a small child so neededa helping hand. The area isn't as bad as some of the other reviews said. It only cost us 1.70€ to get into the centre of paris so was very practical and accessible. It is in the red light district but the metro is so close my three year old didn't even notice. I would say our room was really clean but it got really cold in the night and mornings and the heating wouldn't turn up. It is a lovely hotel though and we really enjoyed our stay. They also let you leave your luggage in the bag room after check out until you leave which I found was handy for us. As we checked out in the morning and our flight wasn't until 10:30pm that night. I deffo plan on a return visit!
It was cold in the room and our view from the room. But overall 8/10
The location and the price were great. The hotel was as advertised.
A small point. The bathroom was poorly designed with a door that opened inwards leaving no room to actually get inside.
Very warm welcoming hotel in first class location close to amenities.Room was very clean with good views of Paris, would definitely stay again
Having to leave Paris!
Comfy hotel, with clean comfy room, staff were extremely friendly and helpful location was great in terms of getting to other locations and attractions in Paris.
Hotel is smack bang in the middle of what I would describe as the French 'soho' sex shops, massage parlours, and sex shows as far as the eye could see!
hotel location is perfekt
Its not expensive, but that is only benefit we see.
Cleanness: really old and dirty carpet. of course they cleaning rooms, but you can see old blots and it doesn't seems nice. but the bedding was clean and there is no complaint about it. Noice: biggest problem is that the hotel located over the Metro line, which is running every 4-7 minutes and shuts down from 2 to 5 AM. It's noisy, very noisy. it feels lil all building vibrating.
V dirty hotel
I liked the location, right in the heart of excitement! Moulin rouge right down the street. Metro right down the street. The bed was comfy! Tap water was good to drink. Water was hot for the shower. Elevator is small but at least they have one.
We had to park in a parking garage for 30 euro a night. The car was safe but it was expensive. That's the only thing that bothered us. The parking.
Very very bad
Very very expencive
The stuff was excellent, very kind, hospitality is on the highest level. Special regards for mr Jaques, and mr Nehad.
Staff was very professional and very helpful.
