Friendly staff, WiFi internet available (but of poor quality). The booking confirmation indicated a lower cost per night than the final bill. The booking reservation indicated 75, 75, 80, 80 and 110 Euro per night while the final bill was for 84 + 1 = 85 Euro for each night (plus breakfast). The WiFi internet was of very bad quality and speed. |

convient to sights and shopping, train & bus stations, room was comfortable. night staff were quite helpful, day staff much less accomodating. In fairness to the hotel, they were willing to attempt to accomodate me. Elevator noise unacceptable in many of the rooms. I had to change rooms twice to find one that was reasonably quiet. |

Good hotel -- even free hot or ice cold or soda water for the guests, plus everything you could expect for the price (good value). Definitely a plus in a city that doesn't get as much good publicity as it deserves. |

The location was excellent. The hotel was extremely overpriced as were the other hotels in the area. The hotel is listed as 3 star although I would suggest it was a 2 star. It was very noisy and there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the corridors, fortunately the smell was not present in the room. |

The staff were helpful and the location was fantastic just 200m fro the train station. Our room was big enough and comfortable but the amenites quite basic.The price of the hotel was great for what we got. Even though it is a 3 star hotel the rooms and the hotel look a bit tired it could do with a bit of an upgrade. |

The location was excellent, just seconds away from the main square. Room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. The room did not smell very nice - I think it may have been the bathroom drains. |

The room was very large and spacious for a city hotel. Separate toilet from the bathroom was also good. The location is very convenient for the main square, station and tram line. The bathroom was very dated. It was spotlessly clean but very hard to manage without a shower. |

Staff very pleasant, location excellent for the train station and right in the centre of Montpellier. Drinking water freely available. No problem having our luggage stored on day of departure. room was small but adequate and air conditioning in room did not work |

The level of comfort for the price was surprisingly high, We collapsed after a long train ride and found quiet, air conditioning, closeness to the train station as well as the center of town. The breakfast spread was more lavish than most. We had no complaints. |
