Royal Hotel

Very nice hotel, the design is outstanding; excellent location

Was a big queue on the reception during the check-in/-out

It's a nice hotel for this price, the stuff are friendly, good locations. There was everything what we need and room was clean, new bathroom. Can recommend this hotel

The hotel is just 100 steps or so away from the Arc de Triumph (however that's spelt). Really close to shopping... And while a bit of a walk... you can even walk to the Eifel tower which is amazing at night.

Floor plan of the bathroom was rather small in our room... difficult for two people at the same time. Bed was rather hard and the pillows a little too lean (thin). Don't expect much in the way of TV, but who goes to Paris for TV!

Proximity to city centre and metro. Cleanliness and sound proofing.

One computer in the middle of the lobby as business center. Not prompt in ordering taxis. Receptionists weren't too helpful in giving directions. No variety regarding TV chanels.

We like the location

Room service service could have been better, we asked for dinner plates for my wife who is vegan and can not eat out.They did not provide us plates even after reminding them twice.

Perfect central location, very quiet, nice rooms with enough space, very comfortable beds, really helpful english speaking staff.

Great location. Close to one of the big Paris attractions and a couple blocks away was the bus stop for a city tour.

I reserved my room over a month in advance. I get there and they don't have the room I booked. Then all of a sudden they run out of rooms, the front desk lady seemed lost in the whole thing and she called me a cab to take me to another hotel. Then a guest came and checked out of nowhere and a lower class room was opened for me. The front desk was helpful with the problem but it was not something that should of happened.

Location was perfect, staff was also perfect, overall it is nice hotel

The room size is so small, the room was not perfectly cleaned, the prices of this hotel is so high. Also breakfast is so expensive.

The proximity of the hotel to central Paris was excellent. Internet speed was very good.

Small rooms and the air conditioner was not very good. Had to open windows to get cooler air at night which now exposed to more noise from outside

very small room. lights kept going off / no power / no bath.

when we arrived our room hadn't been cleaned, tried to move us to a much small room instead.
